The General Thread

The quote at the top of the forum that pops up sometimes about the nigge.rs domain is driving me nuts. I knew a guy at Encyclopedia Dramatica years back who had registered a domain like nigge.rs.die or niggersd.ie and gave people email addresses there. His name's on the tip of my tongue, its so irritating. He was a professional gay dom and once was paid to pepperspray a guy on the balls.

This self-portrait is cast with eight pints of Quinn's frozen blood. Described by the artist as a 'frozen moment on lifesupport', the work is carefully maintained in a refrigeration unit, reminding the viewer of the fragility of existence. The blood is pasteurised, but its appearance does change slightly during the sculpture's installation. The artist makes a new version of Self every five years, each of which documents Quinn's own physical transformation and deterioration. The first version of Self was made in 1991 and featured in Sensation, an exhibition of work from the collection of Charles Saatchi, held at the Royal Academy in the same year.

The USA has gotta send troops to Sweden, to help them with their immigration crisis and crime problem that has happened from immigration.
 
When I was a kid I loved the Animorph series and when my teeth fell out and came back in as adult teeth I wouldn't stop crying because I thought I was morphing into a shark and that I would now have to go live in the ocean.

Part of me wants to do a webcomic, but unfortunately I suck as an artist.

I just really want to explore the "Mario 3 is a play" thing, expanding it to the entire franchise. The premise is that Mario did save Pauline from Donkey Kong, which turned him into a celebrity. After all, a carpenter/plumber saves his girlfriend from a gorilla is pretty cool thing and would have made great headlines. Though after some bad publicity (Donkey Kong Jr.), Mario decided to revamp his story into what became the Mario Bros. story.

Mario is a bit of a diva with an inflated ego, not realizing how he comes across to others behind the scenes. He is married to Pauline, but she was sidelined after she got pregnant and was replaced by Princess Peach.

Luigi is Mario's supportive OLDER Brother, who plays the part of a lovable coward in various productions. He is pretty good at whatever he does but lacks generally motivation.

Peach is a girl from the country who landed the part. Usually bright and cheerful, she has come to resent the role somewhat since people write her off as a ditzy blonde.

Daisy was stoked to join the crew but has grown resentful due to her lack of appearances. Especially towards Peach, since Daisy thought she was going to be the new love interest after her initial appearance.

Bowser does the job to support his kids but doesn't like how frightening he initially came off as. A lot of the goofier elements come from him to lessen that (Mario Bros. Movie is closer to what the productions would be like without his suggestions).

Thanks. Maybe I'll see about doing it as a fanfiction and if someone wants to draw it they can.

Additional Info.

Wario is an established stage actor. He loves the role as it gives him a chance to unwind between more serious pursuits.

No one knows where Waluigi comes from. He just showed up one day.

Toads are extras/stagehands, similar to the ones in Japanese plays. The main toad, the one from the original NES trilogy, is a guy called Mark. They also take on the role of Yoshis when they need to.

Zelda productions are seen as more of a high fantasy sort of deal. Peach has auditioned for the role of Zelda (they replace the actors every couple of productions) multiple ties but has never landed it. I was thinking as a joke she's does some stunt work for Samus under an assumed name, Justina Bailey, though.
