I feel the days of 6 figure run ups, 3 day crack binges, and 5 finger attitude adjustments for ratdad have come to an end one way or another. The justice system is done playing, and the bossbrain is too fried. I'd rather it peter out with slapfights on counterstrike than with our boy inside a jailcell or a mental institution for an extended stay.

So after deleting and remaking the General channel in his Discord numerous times today, Austin has been telling people to just talk in the Counter-Strike text channel. "What's wrong with talking here?" was his response to people asking what happened to the General channel.

He has now also deleted the Counter-Strike channel. :story:

Austin already bought 20lbers and I'm sure hasn't done more than 5 reps. He's in such poor shape that he needs to couch to 5k, do prison squats, and push ups. Someone like him doesn't need to optimize his workout. He needs to start doing something.

If he's going to spend money he should do a deca/test lean bulk to be ready for bikini weather.
