I think people overlook that if the law firm thought the Taylor Swift suit meant he would misuse client information, that might mean they had information on Taylor Swift (was she a client?) making it a conflict of interest for him to work there.

1. He filed a frivolous vexatious lawsuit against a celebrity while employed at a law firm as a paralegal.

2. The firm found out about it and didn’t want him doing similarly retarded shit using their systems.

3. They fired him, with preventing said abuse of the system scenario being one of the reasons given.
