Didn't Trudeau resign? When is canadas next election?
Trudy did a press conference about how he was stepping down then promptly dismissed Parliament so his opposition couldn't force him to do anything. So right now Canada has no government in sitting and nothing can be done and because our Supreme Court are all Liberal appointees they're sitting on their hands and delaying ruling on everything until Trudy gives them the OK.
He did this to hopefully give his party (Liberals) time to choose a new leader and fund raise money so they don't get totally wiped out when, by law, he has to call an election. But like all brain dead progressives their only answer is to double no triple down on the shit destroying the country.
Trudy is one of the most scummy Canadian politicians ever to be named PM and that's saying fucking something considering what his father did during his time as PM.
There has been some bounce back in Liberal polling numbers since the Trump thing, as the moron who vote Liberal no matter what see Trudy standing up to Trump as stunning and brave no matter how much it will fuck them over when the tariff's hit.
These people would rather rip out their own tongue then say anything positive about Trump or admit that he as a point even though they are Canadian. It's our version of Vote Blue No Matter Who we just call them Lib'tards as they will always vote Liberal no matter what happens because only rednecks and bad people would ever think about voting for the Conservative Party!

The funniest bit is there is no difference. The Liberal Party and the Conservative Party are just two sides of the same coin who are all owned by the same rich wealthy elites who would rather see Canada burn to ash then lose their stranglehold on the Canadian market place. Really go look up and see what kind of tariffs Canada places on US goods and you'll be mightily surprised. Over the last 50 years these elites have used their bought and paid for political drones to pass tariff after tariff, law after law all to protect their interests from competition from US companies and all to detriment of Canadian who have no choice but to pay money to these monopolies because letting in US competition "would be the end of Canada as a independent country".
As a Canadian I say Trump is in the right here.
The Canadian Government has been putting very heavy tariffs on US goods and passing laws forbidding US companies coming into Canada for a very long time and all to protect the interests of a very small (9 families) group super of wealthy (by Canadian standards at least) who own and operate about 90% of all major Canadian companies.
The saddest thing is letting in US competition would gratefully benefit the average Canuk. We pay some of the highest prices for goods in the Western world because of the legal monopolies Ottawa created but because he's been told his whole life that the US is nothing but an bunch evil capitalists who will ravage and destroy Canada just to fill their own pockets said Canuk will vote Liberal to "protect Canadian jobs and businesses" not realizing he's fucking over himself and his future children.
