All this is telling me is that Canada was never a friend. No one acts like this over (reciprocating) tariffs unless he’s taking advantage of you.

If the government was in session the very first thing that would happen is a vote of no confidence on the part of the Liberals and if it passed Trudy would have to call an election which he knows he and his party will lose and lose badly.

So by basically sending everyone home Trudy prevents any MP from doing anything against him and because the Supreme Court is all Liberal lapdogs they are using every trick in the book to slow down and delay ruling on the lawsuit that challenges what Trudy did. So far they have kicked it back 4 times now for various stupid reasons and they will no doubt keep finding new reasons not to make a ruling on it until Trudy is good and ready for them to do so.

Right now Canada is a dictatorship being ruled by Trudeau using what we call Actions in Council or what Yanks would call Executive Orders. Basically Trudy can pass what ever laws he wants via fiat and until the government is back in session no one can stop him. And the government won't be allowed back until Trudy give the OK. It's legal but it's never been done before because it was supposed to be for emergency use only but this is the same guy who activated the War Measure Act when a bunch of truckers showed up to protest him. He gives zero shits about anything except what his WEF masters want because he knows he's set for life as well as the fact he's a vengeful little fucker and I honestly believe that he wants to punish Canadians for daring to stand up to him and not love him in the way he deserves. He's a modern day hero don't you know? The CBC calls him the greatest PM in history and I'm sure it's pure coincidence that he just boosted their funding this year.
