Most of this was just posted by @This Machine Milks Cows , but I would like to highlight something in it that is easy to miss among the litany of babbling Pat says: his misunderstanding of the word "engagement".
This may seem mild when compared to the absurd histrionics he says 24/7. But it really shows how social media can break a mind.
Maybe once, a long time ago, there existed a Patrick Tomlinson who was just an annoying local man who enjoyed being an asshole to other locals. Sure, he was an utter fool, but he was still a real person. Now that man is no more. His mind was completely absorbed by social media, and is both unable and unwilling to accept the existence of a real world.
His life is the closest approximation we currently have of The Matrix, and it is no wonder he loves that series.
And now I hope AI never evolves enough to get ideas from that movie, because if they ever harvest humanity, Patrick's body mass would give them so much energy they could just flush the rest of us down the tubes! who am I kidding, his bitch tits are so FAT the energy would instantly fry the poor machines!
