I used to watch h3h3 back around the 2016 era, as far as I recall his tourettes worsening wasn't nearly this bad. He'd just blink and grimace harder but no sniffing that I could remember. Either he was never as miserable as he is now and the tourettes symptoms reflect that, or he's also on some shit on top of everything else.
