Culture The Bull Pit - Pitbull News Megathread - aka sperginity speds out agendaposting

https://www.cheknews.ca/pit-bull-attack-near-nanaimo-injures-two-children-and-one-woman-450395/

Two 8-month-old pit bulls that were loose in Nanaimo attacked several children, severely injuring at least one. Other people that came to aid the children were also injured.

The children were playing in a yard at the house of one of their friends. The dogs were from somewhere else in the neighborhood and had been cited for being at large previously.

One of the owners of the dogs came and got the dogs but did not stick around. The news interviewed the other owner, a Dangerhair that looked to be in her late 40s or early 50s. While she was devastated at what her dogs had done, she said to the reporter, "People are saying, look at this from the prospective of a parent, well, these dogs are my kids, too," and then she broke down crying.

It was later reported both dogs were euthanized, as there have been other incidents prior to this one, and due to the severity of the injuries the one particular child sustained.

To the dangerhair dog owner I would have to say, "If these dogs were your KIDS, you did a lousy job of raising them. Thank heavens you didn't spawn any of your own."

There's pits in my area people let run wild. The worst offenders run around chasing kids who dare to ride their bikes. Owners claim these dogs aren't mean. Chasing random strangers is generally not a playful thing.

Can't walk my dog because of them. She could take the pits no problem. She could even bite their heads off if she wanted to. I would like my dog to remain dog friendly, so I just let her zoom around the yard with a horse ball.

A responsible pitbull owner seeks legal advice.

My dog amd my responsibility

Almost three years ago I rescued my handsome Pitbull mix from the local animal shelter because I fell in love with his online photo.
He is my first dog ever. And I have learned, or so I have come to believe, to be a good and responsible dog owner. We have bonded strongly, we are friends, and we constantly touch each other.
The problem was / is his high prey drive. Meaning he wants to kill every cat, ground squirrel, chicken, rabbit, etc., any time he sees one. At a local neighborhood park where dog owners let their dogs romp unleashed, he managed to run from the park to around the corner and go into someone's open front yard, where sat a wooden hutch that housed guinea pigs. The first time he did this, he was unsuccessful in grabbing one of the pets. Months later, and now aware of his prey drive, I stupidly let him run around the park again without leashing him. And this second time he broke through the hutch and crunched in his mouth a guinea pig. Understandably the owner was angry, initially wanted me to pay for a new hutch, but then settled on contacting the county animal control shelter, where I got Chili, to go after me. It fined me $700, which I could not pay. It continues to send me violation notices and also sicced a credit company after me. I know I am too late to file an appeal. But as the county let me take possession of a dog with a high prey drive without warning me of the consequences of such a high prey drive, i.e., a dog's willingness to kill a defenseless smaller animal, can I at least countersue the county for knowingly letting me take possession of a killing dog?

I used to be in there too. Got sick of the weird speech/thought policing that goes on, and the political sperging the mods allow. And they kept deleting my comments for bizarre reasons.

You're not allowed to mention anything about the exotic/pocket/SMASHED AND SLAMMED bullies being an inner city ghetto thug type of thing, that's racist. However, you're certainly encouraged to talk about how pitbulls are a trailer park meth addict white trash dog solely owned by Trump voters. Who are all white and also bad.

Also, other sure signs of pit ownership are gold shoes, maga hats, and American flags. You're not allowed to mention any minority groups doing anything criminal with pits because that would "ruin the sub's image" as pitbull haters somehow.

I eventually got banned for saying something along the lines of "a pit could be in the middle of eating a toddler and its owner will already be on the phone with 911 crying as they report the child for animal cruelty because it's kicking and hitting the pit trying to get free." The mods deleted my comment and informed me I'd done a heckin' antisemitism and that's ew ew very yucky not okay. I still don't understand why.

The number of just straight-up child haters and dog haters that sub attracts is also pretty off-putting.
Against my better judgement I checked back in on r/banpitpulls a few weeks ago.
They linked to a thread from ar15.com.

A poster's mother in law had been mauled by a couple pits.
Nearly everyone at arfcom was in agreement that pits suck.
You think r/banpitpulls was happy that they had found some kindred spirits?

Of course they weren't.
The man posting was a "worthless choad" be case he mentioned he had to leave his pistol in his truck to get in to the hospital.
That spawned a whole conversation about men coving up their inadequacies by carrying guns and their "irrational fears".

If any page should understand the need to stay strapped, it should be an anti pit page.
The attack of his MIL showed it is not "irrational" to want to be able to defend yourself.

Then there was outrage because a few posters said that hopefully some one had "done the needful" to the attacking dogs.
That's racist to the poor defenseless indians, don't you know.

Then the worst thing the guy did, he mentioned he was surprised no one asked if there were any hot nurses and confirmed there was one "certified smoke show".

At that point pretty much everyone was wishing this "worthless choad" had been attacked instead of the MIL.

How about wishing the POS owner had controlled his shit beasts and no one had been attacked?

Nearly all the thread was reddit bitching that arfcom isn't reddit.
The fact that here were dozens of people who actually agreed with them about pits didn't matter.

No wonder nothing ever gets done about pits.
The pit pushers cross political parties, races and socioeconomic standings.
The antis seem hung up on only working with people exactly like them in every way.
I have a very strong feeling the reason why the moderators on /r/banpitbulls and /r/pitbullhate are so strict with the racial comparisons and other "ghetto" comments is because the sub is already on some higher up tranny admins shitlist (being anti-pitbull online is considered Chud coded and "racist" by many) and they would take any excuse they could to delete it.

I hate this person with every fiber of my being, but I really hope they could succeed in a lawsuit somehow. Shelters do need to stop giving these things out or at least have a mega-waiver to make people think twice before taking the dog home. If this owner took the dog back for being dangerous it is likely that the shelter wouldn't put anything about the history of ingesting animals in their description, just some shit like "I have to be your only pet because I need all your love!"

A "responsible pet owner" wouldn't blame the system for allowing them to adopt a pet with a high prey drive (I.E.: an aggressive animal) without warning them of what to expect. A responsible pet owner would have done some fucking research about the breed/breed mix before adopting the fucking animal in the first place. A responsible pet owner would have come away from the first experience of the dog running off into a strangers yard and nearly killing their pets with the understanding that they can never again allow their dog to go offleash. A responsible pet owner would actually take responsibility for the harm their dog has caused instead of trying to duck accountability and play the fucking victim.

Everyone in that situation is retarded. The pitbull owner, the person with a hutch full of defenseless prey animals right by a dog park, and the animal shelter.

It's not a dog park. It's the "local neighborhood park". You're going to blame this guy for having guinea pigs on his own property round the corner from a random park, because what, he should have known that an out-of-control, unleashed shitbull with zero recall would run away from its retarded owner and break into their hutch to maul them?

That is part of it.

I think it is mostly driven by the fact that people in charge of the page just can not imagine that people that agree with them about pits might not agree with them about everything.

They were going on about Trump pardoning J6 protesters "that killed cops" (only dead body I have found on J6 was an unarmed woman shot by a cop).

One of them without a hint of irony said in another post "That makes as much sense as being anti abortion and pro gun".

To them obviously both positions are "highly illogical" because those are opinions they don't have.
Going about them in a sub that is unrelated to abortion and that you would think would encourage gun ownership doesn't seem odd to them because obviously good people have those same opinions.

If anyone says anything contrary to the "official opinion" their post is either downvoted to oblivion or deleted and they get a message from the mods to "avoid divisive topics".

Obviously the mods sperging about unrelated political issues isn't divisive, someone disagreeing with those comments is.

TL;DR: Redditors are going to Reddit.

If you cannot pay $700 out of pocket (through savings or what-not), you cannot afford to have a dog, let alone a fucking pitbull.

But as the county let me take possession of a dog with a high prey drive without warning me of the consequences of such a high prey drive
Definitely a low-IQ individual with poor impulse control. Of course he'd get himself a pitbull he can't control.

A vet bill can easily run that much for a small animal like a cat. I've spent thousands of dollars on just one of my cats over the last 16 years of his life.

Animals are expensive. Even just in food alone. A friend of mine spends $50/week just in food, because of allergies they have.

The reaction of the anchor to this news story is hilarious. Of course its a pit who the owner describes as "he's a playful dawg, he like to jump around and stuff like that." Also apparently likes to negligently discharge firearms, but I'd expect nothing less from pibbles there.

Riiiiiight. So police show up to the domestic disturbance of a nigger couple and the "dog" shot the guy in the leg.

That might be the only innocent Pibble in existence.

HEADPHONE WARNING - NOISY AUDIO - LOWER VOLUME BEFORE PLAYBACK

Imagine sitting in traffic, waiting for the light to turn green and this happens:

Nowhere is safe from these accursed dogs. No matter where you are or what you are doing, a pitbull will get you.

I bet if the footage continued you would see the owner throw the pit in the back of the truck and haul ass.

Sadly you are not under any legal obligation to stick around after your dog attacks.
Nor are you required to provide name and address or the vaccination status of your mauler.

Keep in mind in some states if you hit a dog that is playing in traffic you are required to call 911 and stay at the scene of the accident.

Seems like dogs have more rights than people.

You've heard of cocaine bear, now get ready for cocaine shitbulls

An Ohio grandmother was mauled to death by her neighbor’s pit bulls — which were later found to have been high on cocaine, according to a lawsuit.

JoAnn Echelbarger, 73, was “peacefully gardening” in October when she was ripped apart by the pit bulls, Echo and Apollo, freely roaming her Ashton condominium’s common areas, according to court documents.

Her husband, Stanley — who suffers from dementia and was in a wheelchair — watched helplessly as his wife was mauled for several minutes while “screaming for her life,” according to the complaint, which said one dog continued the attack even after cops opened fire to try to stop them.

“She did not deserve this. She was tortured, and she suffered,” Echelbarger’s daughter Earlene Romine told ABC 6. “This is not what you expect your parent to go through. This is not what you expect to happen to anyone you love.”

The dogs both later tested positive for cocaine, according to the court filing.

Their owners, Adam Withers and his mother, Susan, were both convicted of involuntary manslaughter in connection with Echelbarger’s death last month, court records show.

“How do you not look at them as a villain responsible for killing your mom?” the dead woman’s son, Bill Rogers, told ABC 6.

The family is suing the owners as well as their mother’s condominium association and the county dog warden, accusing them of negligence and failing to act on several red flags about the Witherses and their dogs’ behavior.

That included police body camera footage showing officers responding to reports that Echo and Apollo had ingested Adam Withers’ cocaine just weeks before the horrifying deadly attack, the lawsuit claimed.

The officers expressed frustration that the dog warden was unresponsive, according to the filing.

The pit bulls were allowed to live at the condominium even after the Witherses failed to comply with an order to get them out, the lawsuit claims.

Instead, Adam Withers taunted building management, the lawsuit alleged, citing social media posts, including one saying that “humans are the problem.”
“Never ask a pitbull owner to choose between you and their pitbulls. Because they will choose, and it won’t be you,” one Facebook post read.

“It’s reckless,” Rogers told the outlet.
The wrongful death suit seeks compensatory damages exceeding $25,000 along with punitive damages.

“We are looking for justice,” said Rex Elliot, the family’s attorney, saying that local authorities “had a responsibility to take … those dogs out of there.”

“I feel like they were gambling with a lot of people’s lives that day, and she was the one who paid the price,” he said.

I still can't believe these piece of shit dogs aren't banned everywhere. I got unfriended by a handful of folks last year or so when I came out as "doggie-racist" and told them why their dogs suck and need to be bred out. It's insane how much pit propaganda is out there. It's like gender ideology, tbh.
