I think Liz Fong Jones is pretty great, a very brave and inspiring woman in tech, and that Kiwi Farms is ontologically evil. Also that Josh Moon and anyone who uses his Nazi chud website belongs in prison...I don't really believe that I just wanted to go against the grain to seem cool. During this bout of unmitigated failure leading up to the incorporation of his nonprofit, Liz Fong-Jones would sue Vincent Zhen, a personal friend of mine who was about five degrees separated from the Kiwi Farms. LFJ would lose the appeal against his default judgment on the merits of the case. For all the reasons previously mentioned, the superior court decided that Vincent's defense would likely prevail in the lower court

not that everyone doesn't already know as much, but it may be helpful to clarify that this happened in australian courts.
