From my understanding of this the most likely person to contact CPS was their doctor. Ethans kid got a parasite thats normally found in dogs and can only be transmitted from ingesting shit. Hence why the agent came over to inspect and said 'I thought there'd be shit everywhere'. To add to this. Reddit has an automated system for detecting "threatening violence". I had a reddit comment be removed due to this once. What did i say? I said "hopefully this Russian kid DDOSing the game gets conscripted and this will end soon" that was enough to be removed by reddit admins via automation for threats. Yes, really.
