Not a dentist, but I'd bet on it being gingivitis or otherwise general gum inflammation due to a sugary diet and poor dental hygiene. Further, she's extremely unlikely to find a dentist's chair that can fit her, either, so who knows how long she's gone between cleanings or any sort of dental maintenance? Makes you wonder what her breath smells like.

Also, why does she keep doing that stupid fucking snarl? It makes her look ridiculous, and it feels like a facial tic she picked up on from somewhere, but I can't possibly place where she gets the inclination from. It must be one of the ugliest faces she makes.

She had some dental emergency like a year or so ago. Probably she had to get a root canal a cavity got so bad. Her dental health must be horrific. Just from photos, even filtered you can see all the tartar between her teeth that never gets removed. With opiates you can get dry mouth and lack of saliva is a whole big problem itself over time. And of course at 40 your enamel just isn't what it was 20 years ago.

Also, this is the kind cultural Nordic older women wears as a moomoo together with a Gudrun Sjödèn tote and some docs to and from meeting as the library/theater/wine tasting.
I'm baffled, I never seen one of these fitted like a body con before. Like... only in America I guess.

The compression garments from her unnecessary procedures are making any outfit look worse. Also, the shoe choice doesn’t work at all with her outfit. I get deathfats have limited footwear choices, but there are companies that make high quality flats that would actually pair better with the skirt. The top clashes too, and she needed something like a white blouse instead. Her look as it is just says: grandma got dressed in the dark by nursing room staff, and this was what was clean

At the risk of sounding like a broken record: because she has no fashion sense beyond "lewks". 1 out of 10 is maybe a decent outfit. The rest are just garbage tier that people hate watch or fetish watch. This is how she thinks people at SXSW dress. I'm not really following the fashion scene for festivals but it's still boho to an extent, this is her "SW inspired" version.

Many thoughts on this, none of them pleasant. Most importantly, burn that scarf and scatter the ashes.
Does anyone know what look she was going for here? Because it looks like a poor man’s Jojo Siwa at Mardi Gras meets gingivitis, with an uncomfortable power struggle between winter wonderland and spring lilac. That description might not make any sense but neither did this look.
