Tim Pool - 'journalist' who claims to be a sensible centrist & sucks Sargon of Akkad's wiener; Afraid of the Milkshake ANTIFAs

As far I am aware, Tate was never found guilty of the crimes he was accused of doing? Wasn't Romania just holding him in limbo trying to get more and more dirt on him without ever formally charging him?
The Tates have been officially charged in Romania, but an appeals court later ruled that some evidence used by the prosecutors was inadmissible , but the charges were not dropped as Tim & others implied. They are expected back for those proceedings, as well as facing a second round of allegations made, in addition to the earlier ones. Permitting the two to travel outside of Romania did raise some questions from legislators, fearing it was due to pressure from America, not out of the arguments the Tates presented. Combine this with extradition being granted to face more charges, once the Romanian case concludes; a civil suit & countersuit involving accusations of defamation by an alleged victim, & American citizen, claiming he was abusing her & trafficking her, that was filed in Florida; & federal law stating that going overseas, to sleep with minors (set as anyone under 18 years old), can be prosecuted in the United States, even if it was over the age of consent in the other nation, which Andrew allegedly did, with a 16 year old; it builds up enough for probable cause to search the Tates for evidence that could verify the allegations.

Also, it does not help that he is responding in a very negroid way (even if it may be intended as a joke) to being under law enforcement scrutiny:

Tim had Joe Redden, of The Older Millennial, as the guest.
Charles, host of the pre-show, & Phil, were the co-hosts.

Clip Collection:
-Tim regurgitates fellow shabbos goy, Michael Cernovich's, claims the situation around Mossad is a smokescreen, because you can talk about it. He contrasts this with how Eric Ciaramella's identity was strictly censored, according to the beanie boy. Though he hints at things changing in the Justice Department which shall see politically motivated investigations, according to his unnamed sources:

-Tim does not see the irony in lambasting Cenk Uyghur & Ana Kasparian rejecting wokeness to become the reasonable liberals, when Tim pulled that same shtick during his more fence-sitting days, as well. It is made even more funny, now, that Tim has fully attached himself to MAGA after trying to rebut joining any movements, & still denying his biases:

-Tim is worried about due process for the Tate brothers, after Florida opened an investigation into them. But he shall not defend foreign students from being vetting by AI to see if they should be deported for being "pro-Hamas". Without having read the plan, Tim explains he supports it, because the 1st Amendment was not meant for disruptive protests, "The Founding Fathers did not intend for 17,000 people to march through the street, waving signs". When Joe asks what Tim would label as "doing something pro-Hamas", he backtracks from protests to making it about removing people on student visas, at unlawful assemblies "at a university, or in any way obstructs our official proceedings of government, or proceedings of university" that may influence government. Joe is concerned this could lead to a weakening of the 1st Amendment protections, due to how nebulously this is worded:

Phil contends that student visa holders can attend protests, but if they are an agitator "throwing things, or making a scene", it warrants expulsion from the United States. Tim uses a strange foot-washing metaphor to explain why visa holders should not have the same rights to free speech as citizens, despite saying the Supreme Court ruled it applies to non-citizens. The beanie boy argues that because people "are coming here, with ill intent", it warrants this sort of programme. Phil advances his goalpost from being detained as an agitator to even those detained at an unlawful assembly, even if they did nothing wrong. Joe responds to this with concerns that "the government making a new rule" undermines the 1st Amendment.

The best part is that due to Tim not reading the actual article, the whole discussion is moot. The proposal involves using AI to scan social media posts for "evidence of alleged terrorist sympathies expressed after Hamas' Oct. 7, 2023, attack on Israel" & using lawsuits by Jewish students to identify "foreign nationals allegedly engaged in antisemitic activity without consequence". The programme is similar to Operation Boulder, instituted after the 1972 Munich Olympics attack, which sought to suss out Palestinian terrorists from visa applicants. This was ended soon, as the agencies found the vetting process too manpower intensive. But thanks to the miracles of AI, the beanie boy can have those nasty critics of Israel cast back into the third world.

-Tim is now reading Rumble rants, as well as super-chats. Due to YouTube crashing, he leads with two rants arguing turtles versus tortoises:

On 7 March, Tim had Bryan Sharpe, AKA Hotep Jesus, as the guest.
Brett & Phil were the co-hosts.

Clip Collection:
-Tim offers another good example on how he cannot condemn Israel, without making a pivot to Ukraine. He asks where the United States lands on Israel support, with a growing number of anti-Israel influencers emerging. He still brings up "Ze Joos people", as a foil, but notes Generation Z being more cool on it. Bryan asks to "throw a bomb in the conversation", stating one cannot be pro-America & not pro-Israel, before running off to use the loo. Phil explains how money going to Israel is actually in the form of arms sales that benefit American workers. Brett offers push-back noting how spending on weapons, whilst people in their own country suffer natural disasters with little, to no, support. Brett makes mention of Ukraine in this, which Tim starts focusing unto. Bryan returns, to explain that supporting Israel is part of maintaining American hegemony "that we all get to enjoy the perks of", & withdrawing support, without garnering some benefits, first, would be unwise. If the United States is not there, "somebody else is going to take that region":

This shifts the conversation to general geopolitics, leaving opens a vacuum, which the panel generally agrees is a concern. But, amidst this, Tim makes the pivot to how much money has been spent upon Ukraine, & how terrible this waste is, instead of the amount sent to Israel, which was what started the conversation:

-When talk of Ben Shapiro pushing for pardoning Derek Chauvin arises, Bryan highlights how this is a grift from The Daily Wire Zionist & provides an advantage for Democrats to take. When Tim asks what he means, Bryan talks about the past relations between Chauvin & George Floyd, & claims he is "a dirty cop" not worth "throwing away your country" over. Though he does note how Floyd was no saint, either, & unworthy of the adoration he received. Tim argues that this being Trump's last term, he should do all he can, including such unpopular pardons. Brett & Bryan note that with 2028 ahead, this pardon could revive the left. They joke about giving him more benefits & protection in prison, instead. Brett closes this out by stating how the Minneapolis Police are not known for their sterling reputation, based on when he lived there:

Tim returns to Bryan's claims as to how is Ben Shapiro grifting off this, which sees him joke that it is because he could not buy Timcast. Tim goes on to talk about how everyone accuses him of being owned by the Jews. When Jake Shields' accusations come up, & how his account is bolstered by bot accounts. Tim argues that Jake never responded to a bet on whether his company was owned by anyone else, which shows he was "a little baby". Though I am a bit curious how much Tim would have opened up his company's internal communications to aCTE-beset former fighter. Bryan says that people pushing anti-semitism are gaining traction via bot support. This sees Tim claims that unnamed podcasters, in "variable X" field, shifted to talking non-stop about "ze Joos", after seeing engagement increase when they discussed the Gaza situation:

Tim gets owned by Kyle Kulinsky simply by responding. While there are the usual Tim simps who agree with Tim others do call Tim out

Another reason why people lumped Tim into Team Elon, he seems to support the man obsessed with doubling, or even tripling, the 40-hour work week.

Tim manages to highlight that the reason Mahmoud Khalil is being earmarked for such attention, is due to it involving Israel:
ids.png
(archive)

But, when someone asks what specifically Mahmoud did to warrant this, Tim just responds with general questions about whether the government can revoke a green card, at all:
ids2.png
(archive)

No reflection upon a green card holder being arrested over how he led "activities aligned to Hamas, a designated terrorist organization", & revoking his student visa as the justification for his detention.

Tim had Ben Davidson, of The Space Weather News YouTube page, as the guest.
Phil & Shane were the co-hosts.

Clip Collection:
-Tim believes that a state actor may have performed the DDoS attack which degraded "X"'s performance. The beanie boy argues that because he uses the site as a "news aggregator", a nation wanted to hide something they were doing at the time. & disrupting "X" means the news could not break, because the site being down was the story:

-Tim attempts one heck of a segue. The beanie boy says that 9 March was his birthday, & asks the viewers to sign up for Rumble Premium, or join the Branch Timidian Discord, as a present to him. Then, he hard segues from begging for memberships into talking about the brutal murder of an InfoWars reporter:

-Tim gets a Rumble rant that brings up the outsised number of pit bulls in dog attack statistics. Ben notes a reticence to talk about dealing with bad species, because it may lead to talk about dealing with bad races. The beanie boy uses this as a chance to push back on 13/50 & race realists. The beanie boy claims that "socio-economic factors" play a much larger role than race, & goes on to split hairs over what actually counts as "black". He notes Haitians & Somalis possess "different heights, different average weights", so lumping them together as "black" does not make sense. He even claims that Whites would be part of black gangs, in the South Side of Chicago, to bolster his point. Ben does offer some support for the premise of race realism, claiming that "evolution" set the template for the races. This has Tim pivot to a 50/50 split between nature & nurture standpoint, stating "nurture, largely, overwhelms nature. Though nature plays a significant role". Tim decides to cut this off, reserving it for the paywalled segment, not wanting a single Rumble rant to take up the super-chat segment. Though Tim's socio-economic factors are running up against a plethora of data which rebuts his argument:

I bet Tim, for all his claim to being a hacker, hasn't set up a personal RSS feed.

Tim's a coward. He will never take a stance unless it's the stupidest one imaginable.

Another reason why people lumped Tim into Team Elon, he seems to support the man obsessed with doubling, or even tripling, the 40-hour work week.
Same guy who told people to quit their job but still make donations to him. At this point anyone that listens to the beanie as their main news source is a lost cause.

Tim had Todd Alan Clem, known under his radio name Bubba the Love Sponge, as the guest.
Libby & Phil were the co-hosts.

Clip Collection:
-The contrast between how Todd & Tim interact with people is on display, here. Todd offers warm welcomes to Libby & Phil during the introductions. After they finish, the guest gets the ball rolling by noting Tampa was big for the death metal scene. This moves into talk about the lack of growing radio personalities, & the new frontier available to people via online broadcasts. Unfortunately, this natural conversation is curtailed, so Tim can keep to his news regurgitating:

-In talking about Mahmoud Khalil, Libby, Phil, & Tim, all claim that he has done some wrong, but cannot seem to cite specific things that justify revoking his green card:

Despite this, Tim drills down upon the revocation of Mahmoud's student visa not requiring judicial review, such as a hearing, & this applies for his green card, as well. The beanie boy brings up the legal code, which he claims justifies this. But, because it is so dense & Tim does not research into what he says, he fails to note that this kind of unreviewed expulsion only works for aliens involved with supporting criminal allegations:

While Tim struggles to work through the legal code, Phil makes clear he has no issue with deporting people "calling for action against the police...occupying, you know, private property, & stuff like that, get 'em out." Tim has to admit he was wrong, after actually reading the statutes:

This is the guy who recorded Hulk Hogan fucking his wife that would be the end of Gawker. He also worked briefly for TNA before being fired
I was unaware of this. Though it makes for some unintended comedy of Tim going to bat for these sorts of people, as if he is the PR man for the Degenerate Defense Force.

& thank you, Wikipedia, I would not have believed there was a Hulk Hogan sex tape if you had not archived the "sextape.com" video link, to blight our eyes & ears, for all time:

Speaking of loony things to do, Ian is back on set. & in his absence, we missed out on some quality tangents he could have used to derail the show. Such as, implying that agriculture solidified human ascension to a space-fairing race. Because if humans had not developed it, they would have cannibalised each other for food, during shortfalls:

Tim had Maurice the Native Patriot, a social media personality, as the guest.
Ian & Phil were the co-hosts.

Clip Collection:
-With Ian back on the panel, Tim made sure there was a deterrent, on-hand, for Phil to use, should Our Graphene Guy get uppity:

Thankfully, it appears to be unloaded:
deterrent.png

-I was saddened that Ian was not on with Ben Davidson, whom has some out-there ideas, which Ian could have gotten into him with. Instead, we had the same old same old talk of news, instead of the guest's particular focus being the centre of the show:

-If there is one thing more embarrassing than Tim's self-consciousness over his hairline, it is the false bravado about how if he were in charge, things would get done. Tim spent the minutes before shifting to super-chats calling out the weakness of Speaker Mike Johnson over his inability to restore order, to read the censure to Rep. Al Green. He calls it cowardice, & said that if he were Speaker, in "one day", he would throw all the ne'er-do-wells into jail. Naturally, even if someone were to bankroll a congressional run, The Beanie Boy would demure, as he is just complain(s) on the internet:

-Ian being unintentionally based is my favourite part of the show. Tim explains who Gorilla Grodd is, & how DC Comics has a hyper-advanced race of gorillas living in the African jungle, which Tim & Phil call racist. Ian jokes about how there should be a comic book with a hidden city of rat people, living in "the Middle East, somewhere". I wonder what group Ian may be referring to. Laughs are had, with Tim adding an unintentional funny of saying it would be in New York City, due to the large rodent population there. & he is correct, New York is one of the largest warrens for rats of many varieties:

Tim had Nick Sortor, an on-the-ground reporter, & Kevin Posobiec, brother to Jack, as the guests.
Libby & Phil were the co-hosts.

Clip Collection:
-Tim decides to post feet. That being AI-generated image of Donald Trump licking Elon Musk's toes. Thankfully, he has a blur attachment on his browser to cover them. But for whatever reason, the beanie boy felt like futzing about with it, so you can still see the images, for a bit:
View attachment 7028414

-Tim says that every time Ian is on the panel, he is eager to ask what the guest is working upon. Tim claims that he has to ask Our Graphene Guy to "save it for the show", & not ask before the cameras roll. The idea Tim will allow someone to talk outside of his chosen news stories, on something they want, is laughable:
View attachment 7028523

-Tim gets a super-chat recommending he & Allison make a video for their daughter, now, & show it to them, later in life. Tim says he already does that, by having two decades of content, online, for her to watch. Tim, also, gives a bit of a backhand to previous generations, saying his parents only had "a photo album", while his child can go onto Instagram & see "his entire life for fifteen, twenty years":

On 13 March, Tim had Chris Elston, also known as Billboard Chris, an anti-child troonery advocate, as the guest.
Mary & Phil were the co-hosts.

Clip Collection:
-With the recent spate of SWAT-tings, Tim gets to repeat his prior experiences. Mary asks if there was any culprit caught, with Tim saying the authorities did nothing to help. & the person whom was arrested was not the real orchestrator of the SWAT-tings of the Branch Timidians, even if he was making the calls.:

-The spat between Candace Owens & Jordan Peterson over the phrase "Christ is King" took up a large amount of time. Tim claims this is based upon Candace leaving The Daily Wire, on less than pleasant terms, & that "a consortium on wrongthink" trying to taint the phrase with anti-semitism is bad optics.

Phil takes an even stance, noting that Jordan is not even a Christian, & Mary, the sole Christian on the panel, asks why rekindle this drama to begin with, as it is a year old. Chris reads malintent into Candace's action. He brings up how he receives "thousands" of replies on his posts from "the Nick Fuentes crowd" using Christ is King, & blaming Jews for troonery:

Tim claims that "JewAnon" is mostly a botted affair. He, then, brings up how, behind the paywall, one of his guests blamed the fentanyl crisis on "the Jews". Then, he shifts this to the guest blaming "Israel, Israeli security companies", as well as Jews. Chris thinks anti-semitism is rising, but Tim says that is not the case. He notes Evangelical support for the Jewish State & polls he ran on "X". The beanie boy argues that "weak-willed" people will succumb to botted anti-semitic comments, unlike him & Chris. This prompts Chris to push back, noting he is seeing it rise in reality. As Phil is mid-question, Tim asks where Chris is seeing this:

Chris talks about his experiences at "The National Religious Broadcast trade show", where people expressed opinions rooted in being "propagandised" to. Phil contends this is due to more non-westerners accessing the internet, where anti-semitism is more normal. Then, Chris unintentionally hoists himself by his own petard. He brings up the now-debunked claims of mass graves under Canadian residential schools for Indians to show how "a lie travels half-way around the world, while the truth is still getting its pants on". He does this to juxtapose the claims of intergenerational trauma suffered by Indians, which the Jews do no have, despite suffering far more, in his opinion. Now, it is possible Chris has never checked this claim of Jews allegedly not claiming intergenerational trauma, but a cursory look shows that there is a plethora of studies & articles of Jews being the prime example of intergenerational trauma, due to the Holocaust. This is disregarding the political application of the Holocaust, as a cudgel, to beat down opposition:

-Tim discloses that his Martinsburg skatepark project is being abandoned. The beanie boy claims that the city of Martinsburg reached out to him, asking that he "bar people from using the property". The leftists has been placing "graffiti, racial slurs & gang signs" on the park, as well as "feces" building up. Unless Tim dealt with this, by barring access, the city said he would be given "a maintenance violation". He, now, cannot build with concrete, because the companies are unwilling to risk potential damage to their equipment, & wooden installations are being threatened with arson. The beanie boy complains that these people only want skating to be for "the dregs of society", & declares "You win". On top of this, Tim discloses that several months ago, he & his wife were accosted "at the local Cracker Barrel" by the far leftists which supposedly ran the park, before Tim took ownership of the property Now, he is looking to expand his private park, within the Branch Timidian compound, because it is fenced in & has armed guards. The beanie boy does not want Chris to be the only one making crazy claims, because he goes on to compare this situation to what is currently happening to White South Africans being forced to fortify their residences against negro incursions:

-Tim reads a super-chat bemoaning how the skate park failed. Tim kvetches about how "people who wanted to make a profession, out of a sport", as Tim does, are being abused by these people:

On 14 March, Tim had one of his Discord denizens, Chris Nosky, as the guest.
Brett & Phil were the co-hosts.

It was a bog-standard outing

Clip Collection:
-Brett recounts his experiences during the SWAT-tings of the Branch Timidians. Tim brings up several times that, now, the compound has armed guards. He praises the fact that having a "private security company" makes you almost SWAT-proof. Tim states that ChairCast was the final round of disruptive SWAT-tings. Now, security guards just send a notice to the beanie boy when it happens. He clarifies that he is now renting out the old studio space, in Maryland, as a residence, presumably to employees, & people still make the sojourn there, despite the presence of rifle-equipped sentries:

I had to turn off last night's episode after Tim started going off on Phil and practically yelling at him. Phil was actually making a valid point about something and Tim, in usual fashion, misconstrued what was being said and started sperging out big time. Phil kept his cool the entire time, as he always seems to do. Never raised his voice at any point. I don't know how anybody can stand to be around this smug, arrogant, know-it-all prick. I don't think you could pay me enough to work for him. If he is like this on camera, I can only imagine what he is like when they are off.

On 17 March, Tim had Eleazar Perez, a social media personality which garnered some recent attention due to his Jubilee debate with Sam Seder, as the guest.

Elad, Phil, & Raymond, were the co-hosts.

Clip Collection:
-Because he cannot miss a chance to ding Sam, Tim makes sure to bring up the Jubilee appearance Eleazar made:

-Elad brings up the recent airstrikes against Houthi targets in Yemen, to which Tim reminds us of his interview with then-candidate Donald Trump where he criticised the Biden administration for doing just that. The beanie boy attempts to preemptively deflect accusations of backtracking by arguing "the circumstances are a bit different". However, looking at the number of attacks upon shipping in the Red Sea does not show a noted spike in severity, & the attacks only resumed a few days prior. The stated reason was Israel not keeping to its side of the ceasefire agreement, entailing a resumption of attacks on their ships. Elad brings up the post by Trump, claiming attacks by Houthis would be taken as action by Iran, to praise it. Tim interrupts by begging for likes:

-After failing to find the word he is looking for, Tim begs for likes a second time:

-As noted by @sherwoods110, Phil & Tim got into it over whether leftists acts, such as fire-bombing Tesla dealerships, are in service of a broader cause or mindless violence. Phil believes it all traces back towards fomenting a revolution, while Tim credits this as simply pointless destruction. As he keeps going on, Tim's voice goes louder & louder, despite Phil maintaining a rather calm demeanour. The beanie boy decides to be pedantic, & claim revolution comes from the word revolve, & does not comport with "setting fires". Eleazar notes the weakeness of leftists, both mentally & physically, asking Phil what kind of revolution could they cause. To which the manlet musician says toppling capitalism is the end goal. Tim categorically denies this, & brings up how you could bribe them with money or contracts. Phil concedes that "the vast majority" of leftists might be swayed, but Tim persist in branding all of them as hypocrites. Tim accuses Phil of being "a hammer looking at nails", fixating on the leftists' goal as revolution:

Tim accuses Phil of merely engaging in speculation, & then goes on to speculate about how the most likely outcome of leftist actions is "a faschistic, militarised government" to crush it. Raymond asks if he thinks that is where things are headed, which gives Tim a path to talk about Judge James Boasberg attempting to enjoin the administration, attacks on Tesla dealerships, & overall lack of any ideological cohesion on the left. All this will see President Trump invoke the Insurrection Act to try to quell them, the great civil war predictor's eyes. Phil believes nothing can be done to eliminate this sort of low-level violence, & it will keep simmering, at this level:

On 18 March, Tim had Amber Duke back, as a guest.
Libby & Phil were the co-hosts.

Clip Collection:
-Tim pulls up a document from the released Kennedy assassination files, which talks about alleged statements by J. Garrett Underhill. They claim that Underhill told "friends in New Jersey" that the CIA killed John F. Kennedy. Tim implies that this is a true statement, saying the report would not include fictional works. Phil makes jokes about how this was merely slipped in to appease the conspiracy nuts. The panel does check who Underhill was, but not what Ramparts was. It was a far left, anti-war, pro-Communist magazine, published in the 1960's & 70's:

-Tim brings up Sam Seder, having reviewed the Jubilee video with Eleazar Perez, to say he failed to research what "utilitarianism" is. This cuts into talk of "principles versus war", & when you must compromise them to win. To answer your question, @Blacklight, Tim says he no longer cares about maintaining principles when dealing with the left, & compares it to trying to talk down a man looking "to murder & rape you". Because of the attacks on Tesla dealerships, praising Luigi Mangione, & those that tacitly support it, it makes talking to leftists a fool's errand. Phil proposes mass arrests "for being the garbage they are". Tim asks what you do with someone holding a molotov cocktail, outside a Tesla dealership. Libby pipes in that you read them Miranda rights after detaining them, to which Tim says you do not. They debate this for the last minute of the video:

-Tim manages to reiterate how much he dislikes Sam Seder, again, because he did not learn what utilitarianism was, but moves on to asking if there is a final solution to the leftists question. He was willing to tear the show off the air when Jesse Kelly proposed helicopter rides for pedophiles, but seems perfectly fine talking about how there is no amount of re-education or prison time to address the leftists in America. Naturally, this leaves the ultimate answer of violence to deal with it hanging in the air. But Tim did not explicitly say he thought violence was the answer:

-Tim says that the current situation may result inTrump enacting "a more authoritarian-right style of government" with "security checkpoints" but he is willing to accept this as a necessity. In the same vein, the beanie boy continues to make excuses as to why Donald Trump went back on his promises to negotiate a resolution to the Red Sea blockade, instead of bombing the Houthis. The beanie boy claims there was no large scale attacks on shipping when Trump made the statement. As I demonstrated, in the prior episode, it is the opposite & was near its peak of attacks, throughout May 2024. Tim criticises libertarians for calling out Trump on this, & says Abraham Lincoln enacted many authoritarian measures, whilst being one of the most popular U.S. presidents, today. & if the Great Emancipator could do it, Trump canbe just as popular, whilst doing the same. Amber compares the Houthi situation to the Barbary Pirates, & that saw an armed response by noted anti-interventionist Thomas Jefferson. Tim brings up the Israel angle, by asking if libertarians actually believe withdrawing U.S. aid would stop this. All at the panel denounce ending aid to Israel, & do not see that as an answer:

-TheRealHydro, a frequent super-chatter of Tim's that pays for the privilege of having his insults read, sends in a message asking when Tim shall rename the show "Dunning-Kruger Effect". Also, he asks how the beanie boy can remain awake having a newborn. Tim uses this to ding Ian as the one with Duning-Kruger, but considering his claims about the Red Sea situation he owes Our Graphene Guy an apology. & Tim notes he does not need to get up at night to feed the baby, because Allison is breast-feeding & they avoid using formula, as much as possible:

On 19 March, Tim had Peter St. Onge, an economist, as the guest.
Ian & Phil were the co-hosts.

This was a fairly bog-standard episode, so no real clips to make. Tim continues to doom & gloom about how there is no solution to leftists, now; talking about things he does not understand with utter confidence, etc.

*Ian got to talk with Peter about fractional reserve banking, & set the conversation away from news stories for a good bit, which was a nice change of pace: 1:02:28-1:21:28
