Aaron Imholte / Steel Toe Morning/Evening Show / "The Toe Boys" / r/steeltoeboringshow - Disgraced Minnesotan radio host turned racist Internet shock jock. Cuckold chef de Spaghetti-os, "2-2" boxing "coach". Has a legion of a-logs. Lost his wife to a coke addict he played "Strip Twister" with. Fined $50 for sharing nudes of Kayla Rekieta.

Could Aaron maintain innocence even after taking the misdemeanor?

Doesn’t Nick have to forgo maintaining innocence after his plea?

Kinda disappointed this didn't go to trial. Don't get me wrong, this is still funny, and the right outcome, I just think a trial would've been funnier.
If there's a saving grace, it's that the Rekieta kids won't have to be publicly subjected to all the whore shit their mom did.

Those kids are fucked anyway (they were privately subjected to all of it), but that's one less bad thing for them.

How the hell is he going to afford $50.
I know Aaron doesn't make a shit-ton of money off his show, but he's made way more than $50 talking about the Rekieta's since May of last year.

Nigga straight up ran a profit on this.

Nick's gonna say that this is an admission of guilt from Aaron even though basically the same thing happened with him and his child neglect charges, which he maintains his innocence for
Nick is a felony conviction. This is the epitome of a slap on the wrist. You get a more serious fine for running a stop sign in most places.

I still think the Minnesota law is shit, but given it's on the books, this is about the appropriate level of punishment for what Aaron did.
I agree. In fact, as I said in the other thread, I think the low fine is actually super fucking funny. I commend Aaron for agreeing to it.

Sharing a picture of Nick's whore wife is a $50 punishment. That's hilarious!

If he wanted to rub it in he could be like "worth it!" but he should probably just shut the fuck up now.

It really is a generous offer right next to just dropping the charges completely
The best part is this is so low, that saying "they would have got him at trial" strains credulity.

I think they knew this case was in serious trouble. I think they came to believe they would not have gotten a conviction. That's why they went so low.

I wonder if the prosecutor's office is gonna receive a bunch of late night angry shower calls
Probably. But who cares? Nobody else these days does. They should just tell him to blow it out his ass.

Oh noes, the faggot cokehead child endangerer is angry!

Okay Aaron, now give us Nick and his scheming fat eunuch getting felted by the law for sticking their noses and gunts where they don't belong
🤞

It's at times like this that some people find a big fat line of cocaine and a large glass of bourbon are perfect at taking the edge off things? And perhaps April might pop around to help out by analysing the situation? Kayla won't be any use -- she'll be zonked out on benzos and edibles in front of Star Trek. But April will happily sit and listen to Nick talking about how much of Nick's goo Aaron consumed for grams and grams and grams hours and hours and hours.

I stand by the Riekietta Cocaine case being submitted along with the hacking allegations and Nick's clear messages wanting revenge are what killed it.

Can you imaging the prosecution facing Nick Rekietta on the Stand. Either Nick pleas the 5th, or thinks he was justified in hacking Aaron's computer accounts and tells the truth, the Nick truth, and nothing but the Nick truth.

And then you get Kayla on the stand. Is she going testify about her husband's computer account hacking? Or she can't be compelled to testify against her husband. The jury is going to see this very gaping hole where the two "victims" are acting cagy as all hell, on a crime they allege was committed on computing devices.

Oh, and Kayla... so you act? I see you have a long history of performing on stage at the local community theater...

Oh, and good luck in making sure Nick and Kayla show up to court sober.

At the end of the day, the prosecution could not afford for anyone to be on the stand.
