My headcanon is that Assistant County Attorney Kari Dehlen called Kayla. And called again. And again. One day, on the 5th try, Kayla forgot to look at the ID on her phone and picked up.

Kari: Hey, oh HEY! Mrs. Rekieta, I finally got you. It's Kari from the Stearns County Attorney's Office.

Kayla: My husband told me not to talk to you.

Kari: Okay, okay. I know this is hard. {Launches into victim-splaining about her rights and compassion for the abuse she's suffered.] But, here's the thing. You're going to need to testify. I need to know if you're going to be okay with that.

Kayla: WHAT?! NO! This was my ass-brained husband's idea. See, he's been doing whippets. Have you heard his voice? Gross. Total faggot. I LOVE showing my body! I got pics getting railed by Jamaicans. Y'wanna see 'em? Do you have Signal?

Kari: [Clears throat] No, thank you. Mrs. Rekieta -

Kayla: - they're REALLY hot, Kari, c'mon!

Kari: NO! Sorry, no. Please, no.... So, Mrs. Rekieta. In Stearns County, Minnesota, we take these matters very seriously. There's no perfect victim. But if you refuse to testify, I must let you know that this will be pled down to a petty misdemeanor. You need to understand that, considering the abuse you've suffered.

Kayla: Oh, sweetheart. No need to lecture. I LOVE ABUSE! We've got whips, chains, and St. Andrew's crosses 'round here, a wide selection of dilldos, Balldos. Wanna come over? We're only an hour away.

Kari: Mrs. Rekieta, I am proceeding with the misdemeanor settlement. Do you understand that?

Kayla: Ya! [in Minnesotian]

And if Nick wants to keep his place in the Dabbleverse in Melton's wack pack in the aftermath of Aaron's case, he is either going to have to deliver some new stories or increase his contributions. I don't think Aaron's alogs are going to happy about this Nick.
They're not. They're already getting sick of him.
Some of his paypigs have been begging Melton to shank Nick already.

Not that I would ever want to see Melton succeed in anything, but there's more money and a bigger audience in laughing at Nick than there is sucking him off. The Dabbleverse is weird though.

Nick promised epic ownage of the great antichrist of the Dabbleverse Aaron Imholte, and this looks to be ending in a mouse fart. Nick looks like a complete loser in this

I defy you to prove a tasteless fuck like Nick even has a Shelby.
Look man, whoever owns the late Carol Shelby's name now probably isn't treating it the best, but Nick's particular Rustang is a Shelby GT 500. You don't have to like it. I don't. In fact, I think it's an ugly ass car. Fatrick's ST-197 looks better, IMO.

What a fucking waste of taxpayer money that was. They may as well start bringing bum fights into court and attempt to make sense of who was in the wrong there.
No no no, see its fine because the effeminate gay man that gave his child coke was upset about his beard that he paraded around in a nudist (cuck) resort having her picture shared with some nobody. Despite said gay man's yapping about government waste, this was perfectly fine! He talked with THE Kyle Rittenhouse about women with penises after all. You just don't understand the law like the effeminate gay man. It's weird and funny that you would think this, you must be some kind of nerd.

why Aaron would have been on the phone constantly for about "three or four hours"
It's called "billable hours".
Oh boy…

Believe it or not, but I have thought about this quite a bit and would gladly pay 10-20$ for a titty pic. Full body nudes? Yeah I’d pay 50 bucks if it included some tasteful partial nudes as well.

Nothing hardcore though. I’m not into porn and wouldn’t want to watch her getting defiled by some skinny, closeted fag like Nick.
Nick might be looking for some easy, off-the-books money making ventures by the end of this year. Just send him a DM and put the offer on the table. Shoot your shot, weirdo king.

Colonel Kurtz hit 100,000 tonight. Rekieta came by around 40 minutes in. I'm watching now. Will summarize in edits.

1741837138623.png

Context: Colonel Kurtz is a former English (professor?) instructor-something from TX (I think) who got on the map during Depp/Heard with a very good viral vid addressing Heard directly. I am subscribed but I never watch her. Pretty sure she's been on Chrissie's channel. She's trying to be a more intelligent conservative commentator on women's issues.

Summary:

- She knows the issues with chat. "You're battle hardened, I know."
- She jokes (? I think) about doing ayahuasca and the entire year being a blur. Nick concurs jokingly.
- She fawns over him for most of the interview.

Nick:
- Has been watching Dani Ahn Direct to get caught up on Blake Lively. Megan Fox, etc. have told him to cover it.
- Says MeToo set the women up for failure (original).
- Says he's interested in how much people love to shred celebrities and references Tiger Woods (oh really? I mentioned him today ITT)
- Goes on about trans issues and getting banned and the Harvard law professor (who wasn't a professor there, but whatever)
- Says Covid killed MeToo. (Also, not original, but also true.)
- Discusses how social media campaigns impact these debates (y'think, Rekieta?). Says that MeToo got its power there. References Vic and how he pretold this issue with PR. He told Vic not to apologize. Then references Waldman, the rabid attorney who went after Heard as being Depp's success.
- Implies that he understands PR (LOLOLOLOL). "It's the realm of popularity."
- Says his lawyer didn't understand his own PR issues.
- Says the Dhillon Law Group understands how to be a warrior in these matters (Baldoni's CA lawyer against Lively).
- Jokes with Kurtz about doing drug transactions when she shows her full screen.
- Laughs about P Diddy and a 13 yo "not a good look." Talks about Tony Buzbee and Jay-Z and females being led into saying they were abused due to lawyers amping up their claims. Then, something about Maddox's lawyer.
- Discussed predatory lawyers making women exaggerate their claims.
- Says that he knows firsthand how bad PR can negatively affect your numbers.

On his own PR:

"You have to leverage the help and support of people who got you where you are in the first place.... and, um, if you don't - uh, I've made those decisions about that personally that may not reflect what immediately what I'm saying but, like, I made those decisions very consciously. I knew what I would have to sacrifice and I knew the reasons I was doing it."

Oh, also, his camera is still freezing, but less so.

Seriously though, in addition to shutting the fuck up, and generally not fucking this up, Aaron might want to enhance his security and safety precautions now.

I don't think Nick is in the best headspace these days. It's been L after L for him since the arrest (and before the arrest wasn't much better).

After MONTHS of talking gargantuan amounts of shit about Aaron NON-STOP, and how the prosecution has Aaron dead to rights, I would be concerned Nick might try to drive the Shelby through Aaron's living room in a fit of rage. I think trying to destroy Aaron is a significant part of his life now.
I think there's a better chance of Nick recreating the end of his favorite movie, American Beauty, where he is a gay nazi who shoots Aaron after confessing his feelings and getting rejected.

Aaron's powers of getting out of a dumb decisions continue to amaze me.
It is hella impressive. However, he has not achieved a true DSP power level yet.

To do that... he must defeat the IRS.

(Which BTW, was another case Nick was wrong about. Though so was virtually everybody else, so I can't give him too much shit on that particular one).

Pretty sure she's been on Chrissie's channel. Trying to be a more intelligent conservative commentator on women's issues.
I think Keri Smith has that on lockdown. She is one of the few people I have ever seen on Chrissie's channel that I was genuinely impressed with. Her reply to Rekieta was perfect.

I hope I never see a thread on her on the Farms.

Yeah, that's what did Vic in, Nick. He gave a vague apology that referenced nothing or nobody in particular, and he didn't go on your show enough for "PR" so you could make more shekles (to eventually snort up your nose). It couldn't possibly be that you helped pair him with an incompetent lawyer, could it?

This irritates the shit out of me as an oldfag. He should shut his fucking mouth about Vic forever.

Also, this bodes badly for Nick because that means he will never apologize for being a shitty father, and putting his kids in danger. This isn't a dangerhair metoo thing like Vic was. A lot of different people don't look kindly on a eight year old testing positive for coke. He lost most of his conservative fanbase on that one.

Says his lawyer didn't understand his own PR issues.
He didn't need to. He's a lawyer, and not a PR guy. He should have maybe understood the law better. Every one of the defense filings in Nick's case was god awful.

- Says that he knows firsthand how bad PR can negatively affect your numbers.
Nick steadily lost 1-2k subscribers a month starting in March 2023. He lost 17k (3.7%) between May and September 2024 before going back to slow decline. That's a smaller drop than one would expect from a very poorly handled scandal, indicating that his channel was already dead before the "bad PR".

Nick says that the Barneswalker understood social media in an intellectual way, but he didn't understand it in the practical way that Nick obviously does. Earlier he kind of hints about his (bad) advice to Vic to use Nick's show to burn all Vic's enemies to the ground still apparently thinking that would have helped Vic. The barneswalker had "no understanding" of Nick's needs in a PR sense.

Nick really doesn't seem to understand the basics of PR and whats possible through PR. If you are a druggie cuck swinger who has their kids taken away by CPS for six months. If you were reported to CPS for neglecting your children by multiple people and charged with neglect.....there isn't a PR way to make that better. You are what you are Nick. What a PR person would tell you Nick is that there is no way back in terms of reputation or perception. You have to embrace being a sleazy dirtbag and gain a new audience among what OJ Simpson's PR person once called "the lower people." You know, like Melton and Grifty.

There was another path open in a PR sense in the hours after the arrest. If you had gone immediately into drug treatment, admitted you had problems and had PR people create a redemption story around you coming out of treatment where you admitted to wrong and blamed the drugs.....you would have had a PR story that would have worked. But rather than doing the logical PR thing, what you did Nick was deny every single thing and fight on every single point as if you were an innocent man. People like redemption stories. They don't like clearly guilty dirtbags pretending they are trad dad christians.

According to Nick, Robert Barnes is an example of a lawyer that really understands social media. Which is true and not true. Barnes is an expert in using social media and his clients to promote Robert Barnes. But its an open question if any of what he does actually helps his clients.
