Too lazy to watch this, but assuming your summary is accurate (and I've seen other dipshits around the internet make similar cracks), it's retarded because unattractive or not, Exulansic still looks female. Because she is female.

In fact, in that screenshot, she specifically demonstrates the classic spinster joke look. Like political cartoonists from a hundred years ago, when they wanted to shit on suffragettes, Exulansic is who they're drawing.



This look in women is not new. It's not flattering, but it certainly doesn't look trans or male.

It's not proof, but there are a few things about the pic that are suggestive. The special "no choke hazards" shoes are another clue, similar to prison sandals it's a thing you see kept on hand in certain facilities.

It's possible she showed up to the MRI wearing metal from head to toe and had to be given all this stuff to cover up while undergoing the test. But her simultaneous online crashout plus the "joke" makes it questionable.

Also note how inconsistent Sierra’s descriptions of her early life are. This is someone whose family seems fairly stable and who got into Berkeley. It’s very unlikely she was being neglected, abused, or that her parents weren’t trying to get her therapy for her lack of social skills.
