Respectfully disagree somewhat- I have found that abstaining from masturbation leads to an increase in mental intensity, meaning that there is more mental energy that has to be directed. One of the masterful little details of that reddit post is that the guy claims that he damaged the doll's neovagina with a "toy". Did he buy his imaginary fantasy girlfriend a dildo because he can't satisfy her? That's about the least creepy scenario I can come up with.
