I honestly would be surprised if his legal team focused on KF. I think Pxie's team is more likely to mention KF, considering:

- Destiny has an account here
- Destiny posts in the same thread the leaks are in
- Destiny posted in this thread that has his old dick pick revenge porn pics
Imagine trying to justify this to a jury. "Yeah, I do have an account on the website hosting the files, I do post in the thread where the videos are, but I only do it to troll people and own retards who live on government handouts!".
This is something that I do think about sometimes, like, how far can you go to blame someone for the current situation.
To me, and what I assume is to any reasonable person, where the infraction and point of no return was made was from the very FIRST time Destiny shared that tape of Pxie without her consent.
Important to note, that the first time didn't even need to be Rose, and it didn't even need to have lead to an eventual KF leak like it currently is, just him breaking Pxie's consent, like I'm sure he did dozens of times before he ever sent it to Rose, counts morally at least.
However, Destiny and his lawyers want you to go even back to play the "blame game", and suggest that it's actually Pxie's as there was "implied consent", or that it's Solo's as he's the one who posted it in the thread, or it's the site's as it's the platform in which Solo published it.
I think it's almost entirely Destiny's fault in more way than one tho. Maybe a lot of them are unintentional, but his actions couldn't have lead to any other result imo.
- When you create a community that thrives off drama.
- When you send your fans to a site in which you want them to discuss the drama of your orbiters (Anavoir).
- When you engage in your own KF thread, multiple times over the years, even going as far as sadposting and venting for almost a week after your twin flame rejects you.
- When you are a sex addicted freak, who sexts with dozens of women at a time, and record almost all of your sexual interactions while also secretly spreading all those tapes without the person's consent.
- When you sext any fan that DMs you, no matter the age, gender.
- When you are so sex addicted that you continuously get catfished by obvious AI profiles
- When you knowingly start romantic and sexual relationships with people who you consider to be nazis, white nationalists, groypers.
- When you have sex with almost all your orbiters.
- When even after you know that certain download links and files have been leaked, you refuse to tell the other parties or take any actions to prevent further harm.
- When you are too scared of the girl you were sexting being underaged that you can't even contact her about whether her account was compromised.
- When you have to take constant breaks during stream to go suck random dudes off while recording them secretly, or go masturbate and send more sextapes to other girls, instead of focusing on work.
- When you have to constantly engage in risky or exhibitionist behaviour as your phimosis is so bad that you can't even feel what normal masturbation feels like, so orgasms are entirely mental.
If anything, it's genuinely a miracle that Pxie's tapes, or any of the other multiple women that he has recorded, didn't leak much sooner to any sort of platform. Destiny consistently shows risky taking behaviour to get off, disregard for consent, and very little empathy.
Whether it was a year sooner, or a year later, whether it was Pxie, Stasia or Chaeiry or dozens other women, this was going to happen, as Destiny's actions could have only ever resulted in this outcome, one way or another.
