I never got why they even bother doing this save for maybe license plates. You can see where it is on a street if it's been phonebooked, even if they replaced the censor blur with just black you could still tell "hey this is a house." You can also then tell "Oh this is where that retard is" even more easily now or people without the knowledge will go "Why is this censored?" and possibly find this thread.
