It's believable he wants RTU, to get back at KC. He already had a show with RTU planned. KC heavily trolled RTU and I'm sure he hates them.
Dave already tried to do this with Keem, he wanted to do a show with Wings (and Boogy?) to get back at Keem.

And like all things, Dave will be too lazy to actually follow through unless someone else does the heavy lifting (RTU). Nothing will happen, but copious amounts of gin will be consumed.

The problem is the people Phil could gather have no audience or power just like him. The combined effort would have little to no impact and end up making the situation worse for him. None of the candidates outside of Ralph are capable of bloodsports or debate. And this is current Ralph we are talking about. Gotta disagree there. Phil's banned thousands of Kick names in the past few months. TBS and other channels regularly read off long lists of the funny banned names.

He always cares about trolling because he has the thinnest skin on the internet.

I know I'm only hurting myself by watching; but Phil had a legitimate "Oh wow" moment when learning Viki can teleport you to (almost) any town you've been too. That's been her main focus in every game, it's literally the thing she's known for; you get the blinking mirror to teleport to the castle, and you have Viki warp you anywhere you've been before as a time saver. Quite literally a main mechanic, and Phil's absent minded about it.

Keemstar has an entire barn of cows now, and DSP is just a relic of a bygone era.

I will take my L here because I frankly expected the whole thing to die in a few months because of Wings and Boogie being Wings and Boogie. As much as I hate how Keem nomiefied the lolcow concept and turned it into Drama Alert for retards and fake scripted storylines, it IS pulling some money, enough to branch out and keep going, so props to that and especially to dealing with Wings and Boogie because god knows only a master tardwrangler could pull that off.

On that topic, yeah, Phil wouldn't be capable of owning a parrot and not have it die in 3 months. Even the easier ones to take care of, like cockatiels and budgies require lots of cares and Phil's dumbass wouldn't be capable of taking care of one.

It's funny because how many people in this megathread and the last one said DSP needs a proper fucking friend? Now we know why he doesn't have any, its because he treats them like shit.

I really have trouble believing what they said about their partnership just because how perfectly it mirrors Project 7 and RespectThePact. Phil treated them exactly like them, just get get get and never give anything in exchange. To this day, all he did for Kino Casino was 10 subs, that's all they got after 40-50k.

Even when he mods games it's lame... he could have gone with a randomizer on elden ring but just went with a single overall...

Even if he wanted the games to be vanilla, he could still go for insanely good graphics and just use graphic overhauls with ReShade + RT since he's probably the 0.1% of people with a strong enough PC that he can dedicate entirely for gameplay and another for streaming, and since he loves to brag about the quality of his streams, you'd think he'd be all over becoming a graphicsfag but no, just add a slight overhaul that somehow makes the game less boring and play at 1080p (that's what I call it, btw, I call it 1080p).

He probably forgot or didn't even know, either because his memory is so poor and/or because he hates playing games every single day but has no other option.

Legitimately, I don't think he's played this at all, and if he did play it, it probably shared the fate of what he said about Final Fantasy 7; where he played an hour or so and then dropped it. At the same time, I'm pretty sure he's been reading a guide. He's stumbling around things and making vague references, like the first military battle and then the duel against Kwanda; but is completely empty on other things. Not to mention watching him lose money trying to recruit Gaspar; had to try and "I know the rules" then failed to understand what a Triple-1 is, or the differences between a 1-2-3 and a 4-5-6. He has moments of clarity, but then moments of retardation; and while I may be wrong, I refuse to accept his brain operates at two extremes.

I'll admit I might be too harsh, because I actually enjoy RPGs, unlike Phil; and so I remember things like Viki being the fast travel in the games, and other things. But at the same time, when I say "Yes, I enjoyed this," I feel I can at least hit a few major points, especially if they're recurring like Viki or Jeanne. If I say I played it but don't remember or didn't like it, yeah, I'll expect there to be massive holes in my memory; and I'll be fair, when I went through it recently, I completely forgot about Georges card game. I found myself asking if this was even in the original, because that was completely blanked out of my mind. I also forgot which part of the final boss to kill first; and my first attempt may have ended in failure, because I killed the wrong part, and it was then revived.

And Phil just got his second Game Over. Pig Ups.

Edit: And with him asking about a save point in the castle... Marie is an innkeeper, and literally one of the first characters you can recruit. Even if you missed the character, who he remembered when he saw her before getting the castle, if you played the game, I'd hope you would eventually gotten the Inn in your castle to perform Rest/Save duties. He walked all the way to the Kwaba Checkpoint to recruit Chandler, but somehow skipped Seika to grab Marie. I still say he hasn't played these, or maybe all that alcohol just burned too many holes in his brain and the result is him being so absent minded you can't tell the difference.

Just sperging here, but seriously, you get the castle, then you get the mission to go recruit Lepant. But you know what you can do first; go Kaku and get the elevator guy, go to Seika and grab Marie, the cook, and the gossip girl, go to Kwaba Checkpoint and grab Chandler, go to Forest Town and grab the first Blacksmith and the Bath guy. He somehow got the gossip girl, who's in the exact same town, just different building than Marie, and he still doesn't have an Inn while asking where the castle save point is. I just can't accept it's this stupid, if anyone was proven to be this stupid, I'd say they should be institutionalized for being incompetent and unable to handle their own affairs. It'd be easier to believe if we knew Papa and Mama Burnell were in the house and they bathed and dressed him before sending him off to work for the day.

Never worked in a job that would involve getting tips, so kinda got me curious about how taxes work around it. Always thought it would be like free money that people like waiters get.

I think there's conditions to what tips are taxable at least in regards to servers. You get a dogshit normal rate like $4 an hour and you also pay taxes on tips but there might be a minimum before you have to pay taxes on it. Either way both your hourly rate and tips get taxed.
It's extremely common for cash tips to not get reported. I always leave cash tips if I can.

@Kheapathic Pretty sure he is using this guide: https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/pc/948855-genso-suikoden/faqs/80674 this is considered the GOAT Suikoden 1 guide has every detail possible so you don't fuck shit up. Remember he used to get caught reading guides even during the point the camera at the screen days.

Suikoden 1 in reality is really short and if you have prior game experience it's extremely easy along with the 2x/4x battle speed stuff once you get Stallion I threw on the Champion rune and rarely had any battles where I had to pay attention to besides Neclord. I coasted through the remaster and it was a great time and 108 stars was chill cause only like 5 of them are actually a pain to get. I would almost bet he has watched people play it or something while drunk cause watching him play it doesn't seem like he ever did anything beyond a rental weekend back in the day.

I don't think he will ever do Suikoden 2 cause that is a harder game overall with much more going on.

Quite a few of the people I know claim some of their tips for taxes because they know their occupation relies on them and they don't want to throw any flags.
