Bro he's going full Chester the Molester. Shave.
I haven't even been reading this thread but I'm seeing a lot of people I used to think were normal respectable posters dropping left and right because they just can't leave well enough alone. It's like the texas ban flipped a switch in people that said "it's time to defend child porn on the new zealand farming community website". Even if what some people are arguing is that it's an erosion of free speech, is this really the hill to fucking die on?

Dying on loli hill is the last hill anyone should want to die on. Yet here we are. Truly sad and pathetic.

Currently being phonebooked by the Sharty [A]. They were also mentioned in a different thread last year.
update: If and only if we are right, we've found videos of the pooner sucking on a toy and also having sex with his brother that i wont share, but you can find on the thread if you really want to look at them for some reason.
This also brings the benefit of finding an email and a bunch of other leads

Kinda confused checking in just now. are there posts in here I'm not seeing that keep getting deleted or is this thread turning into "I CAN'T BELIEVE PEOPE WOULD DEFEND ON HERE IT OH MY GOD GUYS ME TOO!" stuff?

Pooner incest? Jesus fucking christ as if we needed another thing to tack onto the already prevalent nightmare pedo shit with that one.

here's one of them, the "lolicons take over the entire government" guy, admitting to following a minor that posts cp of themselves

Nanoboosty is an example that lolicon doesn’t stop one from gooning to REAL young teenaged girls as young as 15 years old and has probably gooned to high schooler’s photos as well. BTW this retard gets into multi-post arguements justifying gooning to drawings of elementary school girls with their legs spread eagle...
Nanoboosty_3-1.pngNanoboosty_3-2.pngArchive
Thank god the account he was following was banned because they probably was posting what qualified as CP....
nanoboosty_5.jpgNanoboosty_3-3.png
He claims to be 19 years old. Lets be honest, he likes them young because he’s probably too autistic to talk to girls his own age. That “I’m 19 skull emoji” argument ain’t gonna work within 2 years so I hope this individual realizes that he’s a fucking creep and no real woman is gonna want to be within 10 feet of him. I'm sure his Japanese wife is waiting for him in the holy land of Japan. Just keep defending Japanese degeneracy!

Porn addiction is a serious condition that affects teenagers. Always shame teenagers who take pride in gooning to porn, especially hedonistic shit like lolicon.
He posted a video of his dog. Notice in the background the prescription pills. Seems this guy ain’t all there in the head.

I am curious if this bill can be used to go after anime as a whole. I mean, it be pretty suicidal for American film and animation to even try and proceed to copy how anime depicts children. I feel like they'll neuter enforcement, cops already don't give a shit about child exploitation.

But I kind of hope the lolicons are right, and this goes all the way to the supreme court. I feel like this country needs a new obscenity precedent under this court. Ban all pornography while they're at it. I'm pretty sure a 'lot of anime companies have their home in Texas.

If I was the Attorney General, I'd raid FUNimation, or any one of the anime conventions being hosted this summer. Make a show of it in the media, give tv stations the mugshots of the dysgenic fucks that bother to go to these events. It be enough to chill some of the most vile discord degenerates from putting stickers of little girls on their cars. It also might chill the anime industry as a whole. And Japanese companies will stop licensing their properties overseas.

It will never happen.

This really is just Texas enforcing the PROTECT ACT at a state level. I doubt it will ban anime, which is very unfortunate for us all. Very sad. 🎩

Grown women who cosplay as children or lolis and sells the photos to pedos deserve to be shamed and ostracized from every community she is in.

"It's okay to goon to it because she's an adult! Nevermind the childish mannerisms and obvious child accessories associated with young children she puts on, it's legal you woke rightoids/chud!"
"She's an adult" is as much of a deflection as "it's a drawing" in cases like this. It's true but irrelevant because everyone knows they're depicting children. That's the point of it.

All that previous talk about Goku reminds me there's documented in the Weeb Wars thread a 40-year-old woman who openly thirsts after kid Goku. Like he's a goddamn adult in present-day timeline, and she prefers him as a kid because him running around naked actually broke her brain. Kinda similar to how Solidmario claimed seeing Bart skateboarding naked in the movie broke him to the point he lusted after Bart.

I've noticed pedophiles these days never use that "broke my brain" excuse anymore. They never really try to make excuses for their pedo tendencies anymore because they just expect everyone to deal with it in [current year] and try to hide behind the first amendment.

Jesus fucking christ I didn't know about the fact there was a female solidmario out there somehow. Terrifying to know, honestly.

That's a funny way to say "they try worming their way into lgbt shit and calling everyone else right wing extremists".
They do kind of still use the "broke my brain" argument but it's more treating pedo stuff as if the same as being gay with the genetic/mental development "beyond the actual pedo's control" shit. Every time this happens you can outright see proof to the contrary, they're just willfully evil people looking for sick pleasure.

This seems like a "whoever shoots first wins" scenario.

An activist could find some more artistic lolicon depictions for the court to debate, and a moral crusader conservative could find a loli rape torture/cannibalism book for the court to look at.
Both are the same topic, but completely different things to talk about.

Or you could just point out "drawing of gary coleman with a gun yelling obscenities" would fall under the new regulations eye and avoid exposing people to pedo shit entirely.

You would be extremely disappointed, the Robert's court takes a very expansive view of speech and expression under the 1st Amendment and would likely create an obscenity test that has such a high bar too clear that nothing short of actual CP, beastiality, or snuff would get across the bar. The nature and direction of the court has and continues to be in the direction of more, not less expansive view of the 1st Amendment and I do not see that changing any time soon.

They should make a movie about this. No country for lolicons and have them eliminate each other in a battle royale tournament

"What is the most you have lost in an online argument?"
I don't know. I couldn't say...
Anton presses the lolicon's camera roll app and scrolls to a random picture. Some pictures are family-oriented, while others are various photos of lolis and shotas.
"Call it."
Call it? For what?
"Just call it."
Well, we need to know what we are calling it for here...
"You need to call it. I can't call it for you. It wouldn't be fair."
I didn't put my internet presence up...
"Yes you did. You've been putting it up your entire life. You just didn't know it."
"You know what date is on this file? 2014, it's been traveling 11 years to get here and now it's here.
"It's either legal or illegal, and you have to say. Call it."
I need to know what I stand to win.
"Everything."
How's that?
"You stand to win everything, call it."
All right, legal then.
Anton lifts his finger, and a picture of Lolicon with his family at a park is revealed.
"Well Done."
Lolicon sighs and take his phone back, relieved.
"Don't leave that photo in your camera roll, sir. Don't leave that photo in your camera roll; it's a lucky photo."
Where do you want me to put it?
"Anywhere not in your camera roll. It will get mixed in with the others and become just a photo."

"Which it is."
