There are Biden staffers who are saying that other staffers were autopenning without even contacting Biden. It's a combination of that and Biden's brain being mush.
In any case "prove without a doubt" isn't a legal standard. This will either get to the Supreme Court or it won't, but they won't decide it on the basis of absolute proof if it does.

Trump has been very clear about autopen use policy (only for cases that don't involve presidential powers or for signing multiple copies of something he already signed) and signing everything in front of witnesses. Presumably this is both to contrast with what Biden staffers did and to make his own actions safe from similar objections.
I don't wanna sound like a leftist faggot but do you have any sources for this? specifically so I can use those sources against leftist faggots?

People who underestimate Trump's savvy are fools.
He already disregarded that one judge who told him to turn around the deportation planes full of gangsters. Trump is ready to go on the offensive. They teased it a few weeks back and I guess Trump's team has a plan of attack.
Him and what army? The bureaucracy and government are loyal to the uniparty at best.

While Bush Senior was president, he had authorized the construction of the largest hadron collider in the world. With it wrapped around the Dallas-Ft Worth metroplex. But one of the first things Clinton as POTUS had done was to shitcanned the whole thing and backed the Euros in building the hadron collider in Switzerland.
Everyone praising Clinton as some kind of pragmatic Democrat didn't live through the era. That rat bastard sold us out to the EU and China every chance he got, and turned the diplomatic opportunity of a millennium, the dissolution of the USSR, into nothing more than a cash grab for himself and his buddies. He was a piece of shit, through and through, and is fondly remembered solely because falling interest rates and the dot-com boom fueled a period of economic good times.
He was lucky the overtly worse Dubya Bush succeeded him.

Because the NGOs and various intelligence organizations utilize AI to blast their propaganda 24/7. By using animals in their names these organizations believe it makes the account seem human.
Why are the vast majority of idiots that try to come on this thread to troll/be heavily affected by TDS have animals in their names? It’s just something I’m starting to notice between the Chimp Guy, the gerbil guy, and now the Lemur guy.
Because chimps don't like orangutans. Loud stupid walking carpets

Zero chance this actually holds up. The president has the power to issue unconditional pardons. Using an electric pen instead of his hand to make the signature makes no difference. Sorry to anybody who wants to see fauci in prison, but remember that whatever power you give to your side, it will be used by the other side when the pendulum swings in that direction
The PRESIDENT can use an electric pen to sign something. His STAFF cannot use an electric pen with the President's signature to sign something, not even if it's something Biden would agree with, or retroactively approve, or even if he directed them to do it. BIDEN has to sign things, even with the autopen. If anyone else was using that device to sign things with his name, it's void and we're firmly in constitutional crisis territory. The accusation is that throughout Biden's presidency the latter happened.

My theory: Trump wouldn't be crossing this rubicon without some hard evidence that it happened. And if he does have that evidence, all hell is going to break loose. We all know Biden has been potato brained for years, if Trump has evidence that the theater kids running his admin -- or his wife, or his chief of staff, or Kamala, or... -- decided to just do shit without even pretending to involve him, then that firmly places us in bold new clusterfuck territory.

Biden could just come out and say "Nope, I did it Jack" and that would be that. However, maybe he's not feeling so inclined to help after the primary coup. It would be so fucking hilarious if these guys got hoisted by their own retard
Imagine if he comes out and gives an answer akin to "sometimes they ran the machine for me to sign stuff while I was busy" or "sometimes they used the machine to sign stuff, but I always approved it afterwards." Both would be "safe" answers that would nonetheless be a huge, huge problem, because again, Biden can sign things, his Staff cannot, even with an autopen.

As an aside:

You can tell this caused some "oh shit" tier response because some old, unused accounts came out to AKSHUALLY at us. This week is going to be glorious.

The absolute funniest part of all this shit is how none of you are even questioning why Trump isn't prosecuting Biden for supposedly rigging the 2020 election. The guy is still alive and kicking, unpardoned, he's at Trump's every legal whim, yet Trump doesn't seem to want to dole out any punishment towards him.
Why would he prosecute a dementia patient incapable of even signing his name for some grand conspiracy.

I'd assume they have witnesses on that. Trump must feel pretty confident if he's making such a bold move.
He was pretty confident that tariffs would fix the economy, until he wasn't, and delayed them by a month. Now he's confident again, but he removed them from Mexico and a few other countries. The economy is currently in freefall.
turnabout is fair play if the Democrats ever get hold of power again
This thread keeps forgetting that Trump is the "popular" one, not the GOP. As long as the mascot president is on the ballot, they have a chance at winning. Finding a charismatic enough replacement is a taller task than you think it might be, unless they go full retard and try to pass that one Republican senator's bill allowing him to run for a third term.

The pendulum is going to swing like it always has, especially if the economy keeps going the way it's going and people keep losing their jobs/funding as a result of DOGE.
I don't wanna sound like a leftist faggot but do you have any actual proof of your claims? Only a leftist faggot would ask for proof instead of just swallowing nice sounding lies wholesale!
What an odd statement!

If you actually think anything will come of this, I have two very nice skyscrapers in Lower Manhattan to sell you for a very reasonable price.
It doesn’t fucking matter. It’s called political capital, Trump got enough wins in a row, he built up his capital, now he’s spending it, and you and all your short ass monkey nigger friends are on the run.

I'd say, if anyone goes up to Biden and asks him who he pardoned and why, and he gives the same response as to why he banned natural gas exports ("I didn't do that!") then that will basically prove Trump correct immediately and the left will be fucked for years.

I mean, he's right. Biden had no cognitive ability to know what he's signing, and most certainly didn't write the pardons himself.

This is righteous.
I don't think any president actually write the pardons themselves. They just tell their legal staff to write X a pardon for crimes Y and Z, then they sign it themselves. If Trump wrote the pardons himself they would be worded VERY differently.

As for Biden's mental faculty, they don't really matter in this case, he could be a potato and sign the pardon with his thumb print and it would be kosher. Dementia or not, the issue is staff going over his head and forging his signature.

Sure, but, devil's advocate; how do you prove without a doubt he didn't know? As hilarious as this is, it's a question I've been having to ask since the whole autopen debacle came up.
A smoking gun would be communication between Biden's staffers talking about it.

Weird, huh? He's had access to the government's backend since January 20th, you'd think he'd somehow find evidence of all the fraud, right? Hell, back in 2020 he had access to the government's backend both before and after the election, you'd think he'd have already done it, right?

It's almost like Trump knows he lost fair and square, and there'd be no case to actually fight in court. It's almost like this is bullshit smoke and mirrors to keep Fox News fed and their viewers entertained with news about Trump doing things, doesn't matter if they aren't actually improving material conditions for them in the slightest, as long as he's taking culture war victories, that's all that matters.

A few months ago i would have said Trump is a boomer that really believes in the honor and dignity of our system by way of things like the peaceful transition of power and new administrations not investigating old ones. Now I'm not so sure. They did drag his name through mud for 9 years, tried every dirty trick in the book to ruin his life and several tricks to even end it.

He may decide enough is enough, Biden is near death and it would tear the country further apart for that it's better to go after crimes that are more easily proven.

Then again, Trump was a big fan of Nixon (they were pen pals and Trump wanted him to live in Trump Tower) and he loves getting revenge so I wouldn't count on him chilling out after everything that's happened.

"It's not revenge he's after; it's a reckoning."

This is a weird precedent to try and set. Really would just take Biden coming out with a statement saying "yes I did pardon them as I expected Trump to launch politicized investigations into them". Is that the goal then? Hoping for Biden to do a media tour touting how he set to protect people from Trump?

It doesn’t fucking matter. It’s called political capital, Trump got enough wins in a row, he built up his capital, now he’s spending it
Spending it on fucking what? More culture wars that ultimately lead to nothing changing? Ideally, political capital would be "spent" on trying to achieve campaign goals like lowering the price of groceries, gas and other necessities.
