A bit of a concerning move, admittedly, due to the precedent it could set, but undeniably the funniest possible thing he could do right now.
He must know it's unlikely to stand up to judicial scrutiny, though, and everything else he's done thus far has been calculated, so I doubt this is random vindictive flailing. It makes me wonder if he is indeed looking to set precedent via its failure, a reverse psychology play... just to solidify the presidential pardon and protect the January 6th crew from future reversals, or something bigger picture?

Or maybe it's just regular 2D Chess and he's just angry. Guess we'll see!

So fuck off with your “autopen counts as a signature!!!!” arguments.
Is this some auto-generated account or something? I don't think anybody was arguing this.

What are you up to in there, buddy?

This is like the third no-pfp low-post dud account that just randomly started posting in the last couple of pages. And they're all speaking with the same uncharacteristic styles like all ending statements with "!" like you'd see some facebook grandma do. Did a bunch of botted Manchurian Candidate accounts just spring to life?

Trying to nullify the pardon by saying Biden wasn't really behind it only works if Biden isn't willing to stand by the pardons he signed off on.

I get wanting to go after these people still, but this is not legally a great way of doing that.
Or, again, if Trump has evidence that someone else used the Autopen.

Remember, the Autopen is only allowed because it's transmitting a President's direct intent to sign something. If he had an assistant click the button for him. If someone did it and let him know later. If they theorize that his administration was a collective enterprise and thus an assistant or family member or chief of staff could sign for him and it would still count cause it was "the Biden admin" signing. All of those invalidate the signature. It has to be Biden, directly, intentionally, signing something.

And if Trump has evidence that this happened once, then he can make the solid case that it happened repeatedly throughout Biden's presidency. He could make the case that anything Biden autopen'd doesn't count. And I can't see him doing this without evidence, it's too much of an unforced error otherwise.

Remember that they had cameras everywhere, all over the white house. Even the fake white house that they built across the street to circumvent documentation requirements probably was filmed 24x7. Those recordings were probably handled by the Secret Service. The Secret Service generally likes Trump. Even the ones that didn't like him probably wouldn't be able to easily destroy recordings.

Imagine if Trump has some staffer or Jeff Zients dead to rights on film running the autopen while Biden was off in lala land.

LMAO this is retardedly illegal. This is more "I'm totally going to release the Epstein Files!"-style smoke and mirrors to distract from his dumb ass tanking the economy.

The greatest sin that Joe Biden ever committed was being the only person to defeat Donald Trump in an election when he ran in 2020.

Joe Biden winning and holding the presidency for four years straight is something that MAGA, the GOP, far leftists/communists/tankies, and most importantly, Donald Trump will never forgive.

Trump lived four straight years in embarrassment as a pariah, under constant legal pressure, and Biden pardoning his family and people that Trump waged culture wars against, like Anthony Fauci basically stole away the catharsis Trump wanted to feel by waging lawfare against them. Trump has been president for almost two full months and he STILL cannot get the taste of Joe Biden's dick out of his mouth.

He will forever have to live with the shame of having lost four years worth of attention to an aged, slowed Joseph R. Biden. A year from now, two years, three years, even up until inauguration day 2029, he'll still be seething about Joe Biden. It's fucking pathetic.

Imagine trying to spin Joe fucking BIDEN of all people into some kind of 64D chess criminal mastermind. That worked for Hillary Clinton because people had a natural distrust of Hillary Clinton, it didn't work on Grampa Joe, and it will never work on Grampa Joe. All Bondi would be doing is wasting taxpayer money on cases that can't even go to trial, all because Trump is still asshurt that he took an involuntary 4 year sabbatical from the presidency.

Hey there Neil, haven't see your retarded fucking nigger ass in here for a while. I thought you learned that staying in your little cuck corner was the best thing for you.You should go back

Biden is a braindead faggot and does not have the ability to think. He's in a constant cycle of instinctive hair smelling and ice cream. He is a non-entity. Trump lost to the most massive cheating apparatus ever devised in the USA, protected by a fake pandemic allowing their operative to operate blatantly illegally, and including a completely captured judiciary ensuring that no remedy was possible. basically, kill yourself.

Trying to “unpardon” someone is insane, even by Trump standards.

Also note: if the Supreme Court allows Trump to do this, then the next Democrat president can unpardon ALL January 6th rioters and traitors.
Not if Trump personally signed these pardons, autopen or not. The accusation here is that Biden didn't pardon these people, someone else did using his signature, which if true would render them void.
It's the entire point of this [not]happening.

Trump firing a bunch of inspectors general (literally the people who have been doing what doge claims to be doing for the past 50 years) is disturbing. The IGs are meant to be completely apolitical and usually serve both repub and dem presidents, plus they generally know what the fuck goes on in their respective departments vs Elon who's just a complete retard looking in with zero knowledge of how things work.
Given how the Inspectors General didn't find us giving 5 billion dollars to the Starving Albinos of Oingoboingo to teach them Lesbian Interpretive dance from an Neo-Islamic perspective and other insane shit Elon has found just from being "a complete retard looking in with zero knowledge of how things work" he was probably justified in firing those fuckers. And of course "how things work" being "this is how we embezzle Tax money to fund radical leftist political activism that wouldn't be acceptable otherwise."

Oh, sorry, I meant "how we express soft power through the world (and at home)."
it's not that the judges are arbitrarily deciding that the government can't reduce wasteful spending. it's that the method Trump is going about it is illegal. Yes cutting government spending the legal way is hard and you have to make compromises when you do it. If the president can just decide what to spend money on, why would we even bother having congress vote on budget bills?
Congress hasn't voted on a Budget bill in a few decades. That's what the "continuing resolution" is designed to avoid forcing them to do.

A budget has to be adhered to. A continuing resolution does not, because once they run out of money they can just pass another continuing resolution. If congress actually had to adhere to a budget, the infinite money fountain would stop, we'd be forced to stop unlimited gibs, et cetera. They won't die before they let that happen, but they'd make sure others did.
Unless the president didn't actually make the pardon. Do you understand what fraud is?
I could absolutely see the left arguing that there's no fraud provision in the pardon executive power. And given how fucking retarded the judges have been in their desperate attempts to stop Trump from doing anything, I could absolutely see them making that statement in as much legalese.
Every time someone comes in here and complains about DOGE cuts it just makes me think they’re probably one of those bloated tick beaurocrat faggots who got fired, after all, they have nothing to do all day now but cunt out online
To be fair they were being paid to do it before -- by us. Now they're sneeding for free!

If they have been there for 50 years and the fed is still incredibly bloated, DEI nigger hell, clearly they can't or won't do the fucking job and firing them is perfectly justified.

Did you actually think that your argument was good? Do you have brain problems?

Biden can sign things, his Staff cannot, even with an autopen.
What if, hypothetically, we had a limbless president? Or Michael J. Fox becomes president? Traditionally, if someone cannot sign something, an aide can sign on their behalf using a power of attorney or a special delegation of authority. So, technically, someone could sign for Biden, but there would have to be a paper trail, otherwise it wouldn’t count. It’s sort of a catch-22. They can’t use that excuse now because the fail-safe is designed to preclude post-hoc presumption of authority.

With how many dicks Biden had to suck while climbing political ladder, he should be able to write just fine by holding a pen in his mouth

Look you faggots, Trump is doing this, get it in your skulls. Tomorrow Bondi is going to start detaining every fucking culprit still in the US, execute extraordinary rendition on those who aren’t, and fucking murder any idiot dumb enough to resist. That includes all the Democrat morons, the press, the fucking ACLU, and every retarded judge that makes even a squeak. Strap in, cook some popcorn, and enjoy the fucking ride because none of us are in control of this fucking pain train!

Trump has been very clear about autopen use policy (only for cases that don't involve presidential powers or for signing multiple copies of something he already signed) and signing everything in front of witnesses. Presumably this is both to contrast with what Biden staffers did and to make his own actions safe from similar objections.
Shit, I didn't event think about that. It's entirely possible, or even probable, that Trump has been making a big show out of everything he signs because he had insider knowledge about the autopen, and has been planning on doing this ever since he took office. I figured he just liked the attention.
