Even if the pardons don’t get overturned I want the investigations to go through so we know what crimes were committed and what Biden inherently cosigns by giving out a pardon. I think they should have done this even before Trump overturned the pardons. All of the people who destroyed documents or oversaw/ordered it should also get felonies for tampering with evidence.

Which hand ought a man hold his dick with?
The right one.

"How do you do my fellow Trump voters? Aren't we all just so angry he's doing exactly what we voted for?!"

Trick question. One hand implies your dick is too small for two.
This is why I took great weapon proficiency during character creation

The pardon is working as intended, genuinely. The actual failure point here was the electorate being so braindead retarded as to spend decades putting into power the kinds of people who'd want to pardon pedo's and murderers. They're just an extension of the will of the people, who apparently are ok with the choice being what flavor of shit they want to eat the next four years, and have been for the last eighty years.

Worth keeping in mind that legal immunity only extends to government action. If you admit to being a pedo, and the government decides to pardon you on being a pedo, then the public can still refuse to interact with you for being a pedo. Not so much a risk for people already with friends in high places who evidently don't care about it, but for normal people its a hell of a thing. Just look at people like Rittenhouse, deemed innocent in a court of law, still persecuted by the people for their perceptions on the matter.
To be fair, avoiding government action is 80% of the work done. Public opinions can fade, you can move, etc etc. Being able to legally move and work is already miles ahead.

Autopen, by itself, doesn't prove much, though at least one Biden staffer came forward and said that Biden didn't sign those pardons (other staffers apparently dispute this)
The only way they can possibly be overturned (and even that's a stretch) would be if they can prove Biden didn't even know about the pardons and someone else signed. I believe the President should be able to direct a proxy to turn on the autopen if a thousands docs need to be signed for example. So long as the President is aware of what is being signed in his name. Nobody really expects a modern President to sit down and sign hundreds or thousands of autographs every day, his time is too valuable.

Nothing short of a SCOTUS ruling would make Donald Trump back down from this, and even then, an unfavourable SCOTUS verdict would probably lead to Trump invoking the precedent set by Andrew Jackson flouting the SCOTUS verdict
I’m at a loss as to why no one here considers that

A) the entire media has just ignored that Fauci literally funded the COVID pandemic and lied the entire time facilitating one of the biggest crimes in human history and

B) Trump isn’t going after BIDEN. His argument has been (if you follow anything you’d know this) that not just pardons, but EO’s and legislation were done by staff that was actively hiding that Biden was unable to perform his duties. The issue is with the people using Biden.

C) and maybe most important, Trump and his team are fully aware of what is constitutional. It seems they are the ONLY ones that are. We’ve watched one circuit court judge after another publicly shit all over the constitution, the separation of powers, and subvert the will of the voters. All while the Supreme Court does absolutely nothing. So consider this might be another way to not only force the pardons of criminals like Fauci to be front and center again, but also force the Supreme Court to earn their paycheck for once.

That’s the issue Cornpop

When you're large and pendulous enough you don't need to use your paws, the weight, length and girth produces a nice arch that perfectly positions your stream to spray directly into the bowl or urinal. It makes phoneposting while pissing completely possible, and helps me stay active in my favorite threads.

Does a pardon actually even prevent an investigation? Even if he can't convict is sentence them, an investigation into his they're all cock smoking faggots would still be in the public interest of transparency.

Typically you can refuse to cooperate with a lot of investigations by claiming your 5th Amendment rights, but if you've received a pardon and aren't in jeopardy, those rules don't apply and you can be compelled to testify/cooperate. This might not work for investigations by States, as the state could theoretically charge you with separate state crimes, but still - thats a lot of room to maneuver for investigations. Depending on your aims, the pardon might actually not be that big a deal, like if you just want to score political points and expose corruption.

I have not found any compelling reason why the president has this power, only that it was a holdover from the old ways of life. I can’t imagine the founding fathers expected the power to be used on pedophiles and mass murderers like what Biden did but that’s how they wrote it.
Its the ultimate form of mercy, reserved for the Executive as a check against the Judicial Branch and Legislative branch. It is meant as a safeguard to keep people from getting railroaded by judges and prosecutors, or messed up Congressional laws that the people find abhorrent, exercised through their representative the President. So for example if the prior administration launched a bunch of politically motivated cases with the help of activist judges in a place with a tainted jury pool to chokeslam as many of their political enemies into jail for as long as possible then the President would have the means to release them from prison (commute their sentence) or erase their conviction entirely (pardon). You know, like with the J6 political prisoners.

That depends. If Trump is arguing that he can overrule Biden's pardon because Biden was not mentally well - then, no, he cannot do that. The 25th would have had to been invoked during Biden's term. If Trump, on the other hand, argues that it wasn't Biden that signed the pardons, then, yes, Trump can do that...supposing, of course, that Trump can prove that was the case. Autopen, by itself, doesn't prove much, though at least one Biden staffer came forward and said that Biden didn't sign those pardons (other staffers apparently dispute this)
I'm still of the camp that this information came from Biden himself. Trump's tweet announcing this seems to insinuate he's already discussed this matter with Joe. I know we don't have any concrete evidence yet, but I don't know why he would say this if he hadn't already discussed this with Joe himself. I mean why announce this at all if Joe himself is going to come out of the woodwork later this afternoon and say "I totally signed those pardons and there's paper copies somewhere" and just nuke the case from orbit? It doesn't make any sense.

Being attached to a high profile case will fuck anyone's life up regardless of court outcome or pardon. But having the goverment off your ass is a great first step to being able to move on and rebuild your life.

The answer is no hands because touching any dick is gay as fuck.

I love seeing these posts. The left relied on tactics like this for decades so they've got no fall back to rely on. Same with the news stories about "Trump voters" not realizing that he was going to deport people and regretting voting for him.
