Can I just chime in and say that I am baffled how this "autopen" stuff exists and that it's somehow valid, but when I print a PERFECT copy of mine under a letter, it's not legally binding, because, uh, there is no actual pen in my inkjet?
Why is clownworld even retconning itself now?
Why didn't I hear about this autopen business before?
There's no variable pressure imprint for god's sake... that's NOT a valid signature. But again, apparently, it is and always was.

Which is why this will definitely go to court. We'll find out then. Where's the actual kaiser? I haven't seen Reinhard-dono in a while.
 
Unless i am missing something they can still take basically everything from the people who were pardoned. Pardons dont protect the fruits of crimes nor their proceeds.

A president can pardon someone from stealing from someone in DC but he cant say the person can keep the stolen items.

Civil asset forfeiture could be invoked to freeze every dollar Fauci has and he could he forced to testify as he would no longer have 5th amendment privileges.

Even with the pardons Trump could make them all very poor people.

Just a reminder that the Hunter Biden pardon is the only one that was not autopenned, and thus the only one provably signed by Joe.
Someone posted the image earlier in the thread.

A lot of people are talking about Hunter's pardon being reversed. Keep in mind it's the only one that 100% cannot be reversed through the current narrative.

I think its nuts how people here are actually defending Biden pardons

His pardons were ridiculous and vague. Everyone even the dems knew there were some sneaky crap going on and we are just gonna let Biden get away with it? I think if it meant ruffling feathers. Trump have the absolute right to tackle and defend a case that had been made on him by the DOJ and biden and clear his name.

There was an assassination attempt on him and i wouldnt be suprise if there were compelling links and ties to all of this stuff.

They tried to virtually assassinate him by sending him to jail. They will continue to do so and i think if there is irrefutable proof that all of this was set up by the biden administration and biden was literally the crime family the Republicans think he is and all thats stopping it is a dumb pardon i dont care if its through the thinnest legal loophole i dont even care if its illegal to over turn a pardon at all. It it means restructuring the laws.

The redditors/lefties/tankies/politicians are hoping, yearning, waiting for thier hero to rise up and force their way to restructure the country in thier own image. They are rebranding the word nazis and christian nationalist to fit anyone that remotely supports conservatives into that branding. We seen it before and we are seeing it on a broader scale.

Trump just needs to hurry it up before the dems gets a leg to stand on becuase when they do have an upperhand its gonna be much worst than what Kamala harris wouldve given to the country.
