Federal Law requires CDL drivers to speak and understand English. I did not know that until 90 seconds ago.

The beauty of Arkansas doing this isn't so much that they're catching a ton of illegals, it's that it'll keep trucking companies from hiring them. Arkansas has route 40, connecting to route 30 running right through it. Want to ship something south of Virginia to the to Texas? Hope they're legal.

Looking through the 50 pages since I went to sleep it's the usual "da pendulum will swing back!!!" shit god that is the most cringe shit.

There is nothing they can do they already didn't try and do during the last 4 years. They were raiding Trump supporters homes at 6 am and killing them, Importing millions of violent criminal illegals on purpose along with allowing tens of millions more in via open border and bringing in infinite indians/muslim/haitians and dumping bigger amounts into small towns then their local population, burning down cities due to nigger worship, all of the kung flu bullshit and then everything done against Trump in the courts etc there are 1000 other insane things done as well.

There is nowhere for the pendulum to swing back to, they already went as far as you can go without just mass killing people who support a different political party then you and they have openly begged for that to happen for almost a decade now.

Average liberal: "Fucking Nazis we want you all dead and your family dead" *firebombs a tesla*
Retard: "Woah we better go easy while we have power guys what would they do to us if they were in power?"

I worry about the SpaceX capsule returning, who knows what kind of covert fags are at SpaceX, there could be trannies hitting stuff and loosening heat tiles
Were that the case it would have been atomized on escape in the first place.

You can find this belief echoed in the thoughts of libshit mayors in regards to cartel activity at the beginning of Trump's current term. "Oh no we better not rile them up in our cities or they'll start getting violent, better to just lie down and do nothing". Retards kvetching about doing the same in the oval office are just cowards; "might as well lie down and do nothing else those dems might be angry with us next term!" As if they weren't going to do that one way or the other whether or not they won this election.

I doubt anyone at SpaceX even has time to know what transgenderism even is. They are pretty hardcore. They make JPL look like a McDonald’s.

The posts saying that Trump would have to establish standing and a legal argument for overturning pardons, and that there's literally no law for doing so so it'd be basically impossible are correct... but part of me wonders if perhaps the Trump admin is going with the ballsiest possible approach. Consider a scenario where they find people who were imprisoned and set loose via these pardons, and grab them, no trial, and throw them back in the slammer to continue serving their time. The person imprisoned (or more likely some NGO) would sue for this, false imprisonment or something else adjacent. At this point, the federal govt would assert that the pardon wasn't real and wasn't made by the president as their defense, and they'd ride that baby all the way to the supreme court, at which point a ruling would be made, and I believe the SC would rule that a president actually has to be aware for it to be a presidential pardon lol. Personally, I don't believe this is anything more than something to generate MASSIVE negative PR against the dems and the Biden admin, but I suppose there could maybe be a realistic path for this.

Accepting that Trump is baselessly claiming he can void the pardons by Biden because he didn't know about them or some shit (which is also easily dismissed, as Biden repeatedly said he was considering pardoning Liz Cheney, Fauci, and co) is not the same as agreeing with those pardons. I think they're morally reprehensible and that Biden cheated the system by pardoning them, but that doesn't mean I think the solution is for Trump to go to muddy waters and challenge the constitutional powers granted to the president.

Again the problem is not who signed them, and you can't suddenly say that Biden didn't know or didn't agree with them just because you also think they should have never happened. The problem is that Biden can easily say he did sign them and that trying to go after these pardons is going after the Constitution. The situation is retarded no matter how you cut it, and there are better ways to voice your grievances against those pardons than to suddenly cross your arms and say "nuh-uh these aren't valid."

But go ahead and call me a retard, because apparently disagreeing with Trump on this means I have TDS or something.

You have your position. I disagree with it. I absolutely do have a problem with an unknown aide using his signature. I already had a problem with the idea that a walking dementia patient was being puppeteered to run this country. I'm sick of believing unelected bureaucrats are running everything, and this recent development doesn't help change my view on this.

No, this isn't really about the pardons to me. This is about people abusing power they weren't elected to wield. I'm fucking tired of this swamp/shadow government shit. I don't care who it is, if it's George Soros or some random twenty-something fresh out of college with a BA in lesbian linguistics: I want every one of these motherfuckers hijacking my country flushed out and nailed to a cross.

Don't worry about the return happening tomorrow, they are returning on the Crew 9 capsule which has been up there since September 28th, long before Elon Derangement Syndrome was set in.

I saw this on wikipedia regarding the autopen (yes I know, it is horribly biased on all things political).
View attachment 7102790
So Wiki is claiming
1) There may be originals out there signed by hand
2)There are photos that challenge the former staffer's claim of autopen

Does anyone know more about this? #2 in particular just sounds like political mushmouth that a picture of Biden signing a document technically exists, therefore staffer is wrong.
Wikipedia sure churned this out quickly. Seems an awful lot like reporting the news. How could they possobly say any of this with the certainty of a encyclopedia?
