Anyone that believes Ralph is a sucker. He doesn't even remember how to tell the truth, if you wanna know the truth about it
It is funny how every month I return to the thread to catch up on the pill popping pathological lying druggie and watch his current slurring hollering public embarrassment, people are seriously discussing his sobriety claims as if they're real. For years now.

Such an insane lie lol.
It's the exact same scenario as last time. This is from July 2024 when it was US that was stupid for calling him out for being drunk and on pills (that he admitted to later when he "went to rehab").

Umm.... tryin' to... think

Uhh Am Sober

and btw depending on the person, taking prescription medication (whether its Antabuse, xanax, gabapentin or whatever) and also drinking a lot causes the most absurdly strong, lengthy and horrible hangovers.
Also some medications have very lengthy half-lives (such as Valium which is 30h+, xanax is 6-12h) so even if you take one and wait a few hours, you'll still get absurdly strong hangovers and blackout etc.
I'm going to guess that he doesn't keep track of when he takes medication or how much he takes at all so its no coincidence he has so many issues.

and just a pro tip: if you take prescription medication and also drink, always make sure you keep a log of the last time you took medication and don't fuck around with it. You can die from that shit.
Didn’t he say he could get these meds over the counter in Mexico?

Is he doing this supposed rehab arc OTC With no prescriptions but with drugs that are usually prescribed?

They sell benzodiazepines (Xanax) OTC in Mexico they’re a depressant they work by increasing GABA which is the chief inhibitory neurotransmitter. That’s why he talks real slow and slurs his words because he’s talking enough to slow his brain to a crawl. Alcohol also interacts with GABA but it‘s broader in target.

With how bad ralph is with the benzos, and booze he should try semaglutide there’s some data showing it lowered drinking levels, and beyond that maybe psilocybin with a therapist. There’s some interesting data in that for mental health, and substance abuse it seems to reset the brain.

I don't know what this retarded vaginal guntfag is trying to pull with these tales. So inured to the stink of his own lies, he can't tell when he's being obviously untruthful to the whole world. Typical of alcoholics...

...and the nerve meds like Gabapentin and Lyrica are going to help with cawntawnt.

Those two drugs aren't like benzos. They're not central nervous system depressants. They won't make your heart slow to a crawl and shut you down in combo with booze. They WILL make you go positively apeshit if you drink on them, though. It's the best of both worlds as a spectator: you don't get any of the guilt (that I dispensed of five years ago) associated with Ethan being physically incapacitated or risking death, but you get to enjoy his inbred gunted behavior.

If he were to ditch the benzos and go that route (yeah yeah I know), we'd squeeze a couple more years of content out of him. I've lost hope the whole Cartel Titty Torture arc will happen, no matter how hard Ethyl pushes it with the locals.

Still drunk then Ralph?

He's just a junkie, ya'll.

I love how he wants to faddle over the existence of one drug in his cocktail of polysubstance abuse or when called out by KiwiPharmers, naggles over the dosage before he inevitably retcons it all again. Like it changes a damn thing.

Ralph is bumping into walls, tripping over bottles, crawling on the floor, passing out spontaneously, routinely falling when walking and sitting, and getting kicked out of whorehouses and restaurants. Crazy how the new meds always make him do the same old stuff.

Ralph didn’t kick his addictions when a drunken Vegas trip kept him from seeing his momma on her dying days. He didn’t kick it when everyone from daddy jim to gator abandoned him. He didn’t kick it to keep his prized horse and lesser-prized girl child in the stall. Yet he kicked it in three weeks because juju wouldn’t let him in the house, and because master Milo said so?

Very gay. Very fake, and also very gay.

There's something that is much cheaper, far more widely available and with much less side effects than semaglutide: https://www.theguardian.com/society/2016/sep/16/baclofen-controversial-pill-cure-alcoholism

Most doctors don't really know about it and because its an ancient, boring medication and there is little interest in researching it more deeply (from pharmaceutical companies) so they are sometimes hesitant to prescribe it despite it having little abuse potential and having documented evidence that it works extremely well on some people. Besides that it is a muscle relaxant that can cause euphoria and has some positive side effects and also some slightly negative ones - it kind of acts like xanax/valium in some ways and also works on the GABA part of the brain so it can sometimes fully replace the need for benzos. But its also very dependent on the person taking it. In general its a "chill pill" and people can take it for social situations and it can replace alcohol for social anxiety and also significantly reduce alcohol cravings. It basically mimics some effects of alcohol.

Lyrica, gabapentin, valium, xanax and baclofen all work on the GABA part of the brain (which alcohol does also) so that's probably why it works extremely well to ween some people off of alcohol.

Semaglutide supposedly takes 4-12 weeks to work btw, whereas that muscle relaxant doesn't.

i tried to play around with a local AI voice clone thing called zonos, which is like discount elevenlabs you can run for free at home, but I cant get it to work with Ralph's voice no matter what clip I try to use. he just inflects way too high and way too low with his vocal range of emotions that it just is impossible. but I got it working pretty well for some random vidya characters

its just amazing his shrill hollerin protects him from AI mockery
