A queer bar in Sacramento has banned any MAGA attire being worn after an incident with a guy wearing the iconic hat. At first they were going to ban all political stuff but the alphabet clientele threatened to riot since ‘you can’t both sides with nazis faggots’ so the owner capitulated.

Come on Trump, I will name my first born after you if you somehow pull some 6d chess maneuver that ends the Patriot act all because some nigger in Paris was too lazy to write his name.
Good news bad news. The Patriot Act was killed in Trump's first term when he vetoed it's extension. Bad news is that they passed new legislation that does 95% of all the same shit about a month later.

If you ignore the law and nothing happens immediately, that's not the same as having no effect. The president ignoring the law sets precedent, a destabilizing one, that runs counter to the system he's setting such a precedent in and runs the risk of permanently or at least in the long term, disempowering an entire branch of our government and in so doing upending the conceptual structure of checks and balances we're familiar with.

Do not think for a moment the judges pushing this aren't aware of this, in fact it's the very point of it. If they get into power again they'll not stop pointing at Trump ignoring even so much as one order regardless of its absurdity as a justification for whatever they want to do to/for/of whomever.

Judges don't have the ability to do anything at all. The executive branch is the doer. I generally agree that the system is being destabilized; what you are missing is that it's the judges who are doing it because you didn't quite get the nature of their power. The nature of judicial power in our system is to grant or deny political legitimacy to the government. The weakness here is that political legitimacy rests entirely in the minds of the people, and that requires that the people generally perceive judges' rulings as "fair." So if the judges start abusing this power with fantastical, absurd rulings, then the people stop seeing the judiciary as the final authority on which political legitimacy rests. But that is exactly what leftist judges are doing right now, and that, not Donald Trump, is what is destabilizing the system. The less self-aware judges issue rulings like we just saw, where a district court tried to declare that the President has no power to expel foreign invaders from the country without a judge's consent. We've seen a judge rule that the Constitution grants Jim Acosta a personal right to attend White House briefings, and another judge at least float the idea that the President has no power to decide which employees of private news organizations ride with him on Air Force One.

When judges issue absurd rulings, they make it easy for the President to ignore them, because they put Congress in the impossible position of either accepting that the President is going to ignore the judges, or impeaching him for something asinine. Congress wouldn't survive impeaching Trump for deporting Tren de Aragua. The whole government agreeing that Venezuelans have the right to sneak into our country, get some guns, and chase Americans out of their homes would have delegitimized the entire government.

EDIT: A leftist judge just cited Hamilton in a ruling where she has tried to seize control of the military. :story:

It's so retarded that I could see it being true; remember how the bay of pigs went.
i didn't realize this was a greentext, i must have brainwashed myself into thinking i was taught exactly this in school. It just fits, the KGB assuming that it couldn't possibly be that easy to do, neither side wanting to trust the other, the fall out because both sides care more about intel than action. FFS Strangelove came out the same year and is literally about a similar scenario of "intel on one side tries warning the other who doesn't believe them because it would be silly to admit to having planned such an operation and they let it happen and there being no method in place for if some guy were to go rogue and do an operation like this" only instead of being nuked some irish dumbass dies. people act like 1968 wasn't inevitable when the Civil rights Act turned this country into something on par with Biden's administration in terms of how heavily the stories of black animals appeared everywhere and the lack of balls the justice department had when it came to anti-white violence.
I haven't seen the presidential debate from Kennedy's era that got him elected but I can guess he probably worked extremely well in front of a camera and his charisma shined through the TV set.
i honestly assume its coming up with reasons afterwards, overall it was pretty even as a debate, and it was a genuinely close race, Kennedy's mafia connections and his brother freeing MLK right before election and getting his endorsement was the killshot, on par with Comey reopening the Clinton case right before election.
In other news, poor little Ben Shapiro.
makes sense, people forget the dailywire was originally a NeverTrumper operation, between that and the dumb stunts like that snow white film or the candy stuff it was probably bleeding money. Another thing is that there is really no reason for a conservative operation to make money anyways when its shitposters on twitter doing most of the real journalism and the "faces" are never as big of money makers as people assume. plus its not like a pro-israel right wing is rare or a unique position.
What will tim pool do now?
yeah he's fucked.

Hahaha. Because of "dogequest", The liberals have gone so feral they're attacking their own and justifying it as "necessary sacrifice

Imagine being such a soy, safe faggot that you think vandalizing a stranger's car is any kind of resistance.

As always, the left chooses the most passive-aggressive, dickless path and somehow still fails.

This is the big thing liberals miss when they're doing their hand-wringing about constitutional crises and bad precedent. Trump voters (a majority of the country) don't care about his defiance of the judicial branch because they see the federal government as the enemy and Trump as a brave underdog who finally has the power and authority to defeat it.

People have tried to play by the rules and work within the system to make things better for decades, but nothing ever comes of it because the system isn't built for that. It's designed to work against you and subvert you and punish anyone who wants to make a change for the better. After so many decades of getting beaten down, the people have properly realized this and are done trying to play the game. Charlie Brown has finally realized that Lucy won't ever let him kick the football, no matter how many times he trusts her, so he's decided to go home. Lucy then pouts and cries and shouts at Charlie for breaking the tradition and creating a crisis that might mean that she has to hold the ball in place for once if she ever wants him to play with her again.

everything they do is self serving political theatre meant to do one thing, boost their egos and make them feel good about themselves. they post it online, circle jerk each other and then in 20 years they can sit around and talk about how they were a part of the "resistance".

They should've just banned all political shit because anyone who has to wear their political affiliation as a fashion statement is going to be a mouth breather.

Like seriously, queer bar or not who the fuck wants to go out to a bar and have their eyes be violated by homosexual political marketing/branding?

Pull the federal funding.

Seattle declares itself a sanctuary city? Pull funding from the whole state.

Corrupt activist judge issues an order to the government on something they have no jurisdiction over? Pull funding from the whole state.

Schools allowing boys in the girl's locker rooms, bathrooms, and sports? Pull funding from the whole state.

A state bans sale/possession of any type of arms otherwise federally legal, thereby infringing on constitution rights? Pull the funding for the whole state.

Governor ordering police and AG not to assist in or allow ICE to conduct operations? You guessed it, pull funding from the whole state.

We played your fuck ass games and dealt with your weaponization of the law for four (some could argue eight+) years.

No more infinity feral nigger immigrants. No more trannies invading women's spaces. No more grooming children into irrevocable decisions. No more restricting constitutional rights.

No more.

but their five films cost $11.5m to produce and generated almost $25m in revenue:
if you factor in marketing that means its a flop,
I know people dislike DW, but the reasoning here is Qanon-tier. "Daily Wire will go bankrupt when Ben Shapiro's bastard child leaves
he's not saying that dumbass, he's using that as proof that his buddy knows shit on the inside. "he told me of another major move before anyone else"
I can unequivocally say that there is absolutely nothing profound within this information. It is insubstantial at best, and outright exaggerations bordering on slander at worst.
It would likely be in everyone's best interest to focus on more pertinent issues as opposed to getting lost in a web of obfuscation.
its the epstein release all over again, just giving people the same shit they released in the years since the event happened.

On an unrelated note. I love how reddit's still seething at dems for not doing Bernie again against Trump.

Bernie is socialist. Socialism will never be in America. But not for the reasons they think. Its not because le evil capitalism won't allow it. It's because of people themselves.

Socialism, as an idea, as the concept itself. Is nice. But it's not possible. Why? It requires people to not be... People.

Socialism requires everyone doing everything equally for everyone. And as long as there's greed, there is no socialism. And as long as there's people. There will be greed. And America is greed HQ. There will never be socialism in America. Ever.

Look at all the times socialism has been tried. It always ended with rich getting everything and the commonfolk not even getting bread. It's a nice dream. But it's just that. A dream
A fantasy.

Don't get me started on communism though. That's just dictator with more than one person.

Even if he is a socialist smothering Bernie pushed away some people that would have voted for the Dems that first time. Like it or not Bernie was visibly ratfucked.
Yeah. But it was lose lose for the Dems.

Let him run? Yeah he might've put up a fight against Trump with all the gen z who would vote for him. But then you have the disaster that would be his policies in America.

Don't run him? You have those gen z mad and not voting... which is exactly what happened

Lose lose. Win for us

If this happens there will be no rational argument that could dissuade me from the opinion that DW was functioning as state funded controlled opposition via a roundabout path of USAID bucks. The timing is too good and I enjoy my reality.
Also they spent a ton of cash on getting Bent Key off the ground. It looks like it didn't work out for them.

He might have been visibly ratfucked but he was pandering to a base that has a comically low voter turnout. He didn't win because nobody voted for him.

Also, he notably refused to worship at the altar of DEI and preferred to focus on class instead; this was unacceptable to the Democratic Party because making everything about race is part of their religion since Occupy. Saying that class divisions are maybe more important is heresy to them. Even if Bernie is actually a big pharma stooge in reality, implying that not everything is about race was enough for them to destroy whatever marginal chances he had of winning.

Socialism, as an idea, as the concept itself. Is nice. But it's not possible. Why? It requires people to not be... People.
It requires brown people to not be brown people. At the end of the day leftists will have to choose between a fair high-trust socialist-lite system or worshiping brown people, and they'll choose the brown people every time.
In the future you'll either have Switzerland style honesty stores or you'll have the other extreme.
