Minnesota senator Justin Eichorn was arrested and booked on Tuesday. He believed he was talking to a 17-year-old female, but was communicating instead with detectives from the Bloomington, Minnesota, police department, police allege.

Bloomington Police Department detectives communicated with the man who thought he was talking to a 17-year-old female. On March 17, a detective arranged to meet with the male at a location near the 8300 block of Normandale Avenue in Bloomington.

Both. The timing is too perfect, but it's easy to forget that it's not just Epsteins who get involved in Lolita Express scumbaggery.

Edit: double post
if you need to be told the president making a long detailed discussion of ordering a meme cartoon into production, and claims that those cartoon characters helped him in real life isn't real you might need more than just a disclaimer here and there online
BRB writing an EO to declare Captain Planet posting illegal.

Looks like Roberts is compromised (if his behavior at the inaugaration and ACA passing didn’t prove it already). If anything, he’s the one who needs to be investigated (was he the one who leaked Dobbs?) and removed.

This show why Trump is playing a dangerous game with the flurry of cuts, firings and EOs. All will be challenged by the leftist courts, and if the SC cucks, then all will be nullified, the Deep State and woke budgeting codified and protected, and the Executive Branch needed forever.

I support everything he's doing but I hope he's not flying too close to the sun...

They're really trying to run with this. I'm curious why the page was removed but this isn't the thing to run with. I haven't read any articles that reached out to the DoD for info and the article itself is more about Jackie Robin's post-service than time in.
I don't know why it's gone, but people are calling it racists and history erasure.

somehow you entirely missed the point. there are no judges anymore. everyone is picking sides. everyone is partisan now. there are no neutral parties to officiate. they've brought this upon themselves by noticing there was no official to stop them and bringing brass knuckles to every boxing match and wearing them instead. now, without neutral parties, there are only winners and losers every time. in this case, if WE lose, we see it as the actual beginning of the end, or continuation of the end, of america. in my view, the beginning of the decline of humanity, too.

I think it's more like this. We're not in the ring, we're in the audience.

The liberal audience wants only one thing, for their guy to win. Every time their guy hits below the belt, they cheer. Every time there's a news expose about how the ref was bought off by the mob, they laugh. Some of them will even pelt the rival boxer with peanuts to try and tip the match.

The conservative audience want primarily to watch a good boxing match, week after week. Yes, we also want our guy to win, but the fact our guy loses because of cheating and fuckery is increasingly angering. Moreover, our boxers keep saying, "Sorry, we can't do anything about the cheating or the bribes...that would be rude." I don't really want our side to start cheating. I want our side to jump the corrupt referee in an alley and beat the fuck out of him until he learns to start calling fair matches.

But when you "buy mineral rights" in forgien lands and then end up using the army to protect those rights.....it's hard to be isolationist
pretty sure this was about gibbing muzzie speds fucking with shipping lanes?

Jackie Robinson worship used to be exclusive to the dodgers, which makes sense since he played for them.

But now at every game I've been to in the last two decades has a mandatory twenty minutes of Robinson slobbering, a compulsory verbal flagellation of white patrons in an area no where near dodger country. It truly is just nigger worship.

I used to be inspired by Robinson's story. After constant unending religious evangelism of a ballplayer for being black, I no longer fucking care.
As a Dodgers fan, it really annoys me to see a bunch of shitty small market teams evoke his legacy as if they had anything to do with him.

That said, I will answer your question. No, to the best of my knowledge there is no precedent on the matter (precedent on pardon powers are themselves very rare)
Woodrow Wilson had a stroke that left him basically incapacitated for his second term. His wife took over and ran the Executive while everyone looked the other way. 2,480 pardons/commutations were issued while he was President, a pretty high number. I'm not sure which ones were hers but it's got to be a lot.

Interestingly enough one of the pardons issued under his Presidency led to the SC ruling that pardons must be accepted by the recipient for them to be valid and that a pardon recipient can't then plead the 5th if he does:
George Burdick – a New York newspaper editor, who had refused to testify in federal court regarding the sources used in his article concerning the collection of customs duties. He pleaded the 5th Amendment; President Wilson then granted him a full pardon for all of his federal offenses, which he refused. He continued to plead the 5th, at which he was sentenced by a federal judge for contempt. It was then that the Supreme Court (in Burdick v. United States) reinforced the necessity of accepting a pardon to be valid; the federal judge had imprisoned Burdick on the grounds that he was claiming falsely his need for protection against self-incrimination.[22]

A bit of a moot point since so many years have passed, but yeah, whatever pardons he didn't make are invalid. Differentiating them however seems to be hard.

No one dared challenge them because of the immediate Constitutional crisis it would cause. Nobody knew what to do when a living President becomes a vegetable but stays alive so they all just accepted the wife for a few years. There wasn't a 25th Amendment to remove an incapacitated President then.

A small question: ¿Has ever a president overruled a presidential pardon? they could've done that for Nixon if the answer is yes.
Yes, wow, I sure wonder why President Gerald Ford, Vice President to Nixon who assumed the role of the Executive after Nixon's resignation, chose instead to pardon the man who put him into the job rather than jailing him.

It sure is a mystery.

Just incredibly cringy, but Zoomies are made of cringe. Also, have we confirmed that the women are actual women? Maybe harry likes the girldick.
Theory: Harry is gay (I believe he is), and he wishes he wasn’t. Moreover, he’s such a flamer that he knows he can’t really convince people otherwise- least of all now, after he put himself out there the way he did during the Biden administration/2024 election.

So maybe this is self-hating gay Harry’s way of trying to create plausible deniability and get people to think he’s straight- having him publicly seen (in writing, no less) as hitting on girls. It has to be intentional, because who the fuck puts their full name as their Snapchat handle? Especially if you have a public-facing, scrutinized position? Only reason that comes to mind there is he’s actually hitting on them and wants them to google his name out of some need to flex his esteemed position as a political influencer, which he’s SO proud of.
