This show why Trump is playing a dangerous game with the flurry of cuts, firings and EOs. All will be challenged by the leftist courts, and if the SC cucks, then all will be nullified, the Deep State and woke budgeting codified and protected, and the Executive Branch needed forever.
I support everything he's doing but I hope he's not flying too close to the sun...
A rough idea of how President Trump could go about this situation if he wanted to play dirty:
1.) Impeach the rogue judges. Putting them
through the process is the point, not conviction.
2.) Effectively abolish said judges’ district courts by an act of Congress made in the background of the impeachment process. This could be done one of two ways:
a) By budget reconciliation to defund the specified district courts.

Or
b) By outright abolishing the district courts in question through killing the filibuster.

*Either of which are dependent on the Republicans in the Senate and House being in lockstep, which is obviously not the case at the moment.
3.) Arrest judges who try to impose injunctions on said Act of Congress.
4.) Invoke the Insurrection Act to clean up the aftermath, or help complete Step 3.
I’m no lawyer, so please highlight any legal/logical errors, aside from the obvious constitution crises this would raise (on top of the current situation).
Do I think this will be the case?
I would hope not, given the Left’s propensity to violence, but time will tell.
Though, another thing to consider is that the pressure the Judicial Branch could face from steps 1 and 2 might be enough to rein them in.
