The Republicans didn't start this mud fight. The Democrats did and they have showed that they will do it to anyone. Trump tried to make nice in his first term and it almost got him thrown in jail for the crime of being a political opponent.

It is always heartening to see an arrogant monster get kicked in the balls by one that it tried to destroy.

It is also heartening when someone with nothing to gain from fighting back against that monster decides that he has to, because he can when most of its victims can't.

Trump could have strolled off into the sunset years of his life and left all of this behind, and never want for anything, but he knew that the leftist machine would keep grinding down the decent and normal people who might make noise in defense of their rights and way of life. Due to having the resources to fight back, he felt he had the obligation to do so for those who couldn't, and in this term he knows the dirty game that will be played by the other side and is laying it all bare to the public as he fights against it. As much as he is enjoying getting revenge, it genuinely seems to come from a strong sense of principle in him, which is why the left couldn't destroy him, and why he scares the shit out of them.

A rough idea of how President Trump could go about this situation if he wanted to play dirty:

1.) Impeach the rogue judges. Putting them through the process is the point, not conviction.

2.) Effectively abolish said judges’ district courts by an act of Congress made in the background of the impeachment process. This could be done one of two ways:

a) By budget reconciliation to defund the specified district courts.*
Or
b) By outright abolishing the district courts in question through killing the filibuster.*

*Either of which are dependent on the Republicans in the Senate and House being in lockstep, which is obviously not the case at the moment.

3.) Arrest judges who try to impose injunctions on said Act of Congress.

4.) Invoke the Insurrection Act to clean up the aftermath, or help complete Step 3.

I’m no lawyer, so please highlight any legal/logical errors, aside from the obvious constitution crises this would raise (on top of the current situation).

Do I think this will be the case?

I would hope not, given the Left’s propensity to violence, but time will tell.

Though, another thing to consider is that the pressure the Judicial Branch could face from steps 1 and 2 might be enough to rein them in.

There is actually another way:



Use Judiciary own rules against them and go for a simple majority. Now it would require a few Republican to not cuck but way lower bar then 2/3.

Article III​

Section 1

In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction, both as to Law and Fact, with such Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Congress shall make.

The Trial of all Crimes, except in Cases of Impeachment, shall be by Jury; and such Trial shall be held in the State where the said Crimes shall have been committed; but when not committed within any State, the Trial shall be at such Place or Places as the Congress may by Law have directed.

Section 3

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.

So I see the good Behavior clause, but I don't see where a simple majority of both halves of Congress can remove said judge for Behavior that is not good.
