I'm going to say this despite knowing that some of these people are really just that desperate for validation from someone they view as a "prominent" figure, and maybe create some kind of hyperobsessive ideal about the individual of their interest in their own heads in the process, but...
I really fucking fail to see how you could want the attention and validation of someone like Blake so badly. I fail to see why so many people just... Give him exactly what he wants, and happily so, when he literally does nothing but obsess over his waifu and maybe says some heckin' wholesome platitudes to his following every now and again between "trans rights!" and whatever the hell else he may feel like politisperging about.

With the actual players, lore autists, and other oldfags who wouldn't give any fucks about them otherwise stay in their enclaves talking about literally anything else. I'm sure you feel the same way with Blue Archive to some extent with the lolicons shitting up whatever discussion you could have.
Though maybe we should consider a potential replacement for the MeilingDefender dude, as I've tried browsing on his profile for a check-up until I came across an error that the account no longer exists. Probably got a name change or abandoned it for something else, yet to be known why.

Like I've said before, these people aren't really into Touhou for the videogames, manga, and such content that at least has something to talk about. They're all in for the community to have cooming sessions with, draw shipping art, spouse headcanon as truth, get in fights with racist Latin American shitskins wearing socialist fumos as their avatars, etc. Again, filled with literal and mental children in adult bodies.

I saw Gensokyo Odyssey recommended to me when I logged into Steam one time and upon seeing it, it sure seems like the type of dog water similar to Class of '09, all irony and no substance for a visual novel. Only the most dedicated Westoids can create such a masterclass in storytelling and visual arts, truly.
I don't know, man. Soccer Moushuuden is way cooler than whatever this was. Having said that...
I took a gander around Kronington's site with the few pages he does have and wow man, this is a tiny rabbit hole. The YouTube has the Gensokyo Odyssey trailers, OST, and plenty of other Touhou related videos up online along with his other random shit from years past. Bandcamp leads to the game's soundtrack available for purchase and surprisingly, he also has an IMDb page.
Those previous videos, from what I can tell, would have to be school projects. One of which did actually win a local film festival for Best Performance. I can see why with his knack of being a goofball who likes incorporating quirky humor and general meme culture into what I expect from a high school film class.
There's also his itch.io page with three other games he made with the Odyssey demo as the latest one.

I'm a couple degrees separated from Kakkoi, but from what I hear, he's an alright guy who, beyond the autism and the slightly cringe humor, doesn't really have any cow tendencies and just wants to actually contribute to the community and have physical merchandise like a "real" doujin circle. Given that the community's pretty much been built over the past nearly 30 years by this sort of enthusiasm... ehhh, I can't bring myself to find him to be faggy or cringe like I do Blake.
