I'm unfeaturing the Pardon thing because of the drive-by posters who somehow feel that their most basic bitch, dime a dozen, responses deserve to be heard.
There has been zero coverage and follow up on it since Trump's post anyway. At this point it seems like it was just meant to drive liberals batshit (it kind of worked). But we'll see if DOJ does anything with it.

Trump's lawyers basically told the Judge he has no Jurisdiction, and when he demanded to know why they told him they don't have to say why. That's it in a nutshell.
They should have handed him an unsigned pre-emptive pardon (now that those are a thing) in the name of "whomever kills judge Fagstein".

What stance is that?
Being pro Israel

The continental United States has nearly every kind of natural resource you could ever ask for while being shielded from large-scale foreign military operations by entire oceans on both coasts. Israel is a microscopic grain of sand surrounded by nations itching to drive them into the very sea their backs are placed against the exact nanosecond the US decides it's done entertaining them. Only an utter fool believes that we need them more than they need us. If push ever comes to shove this land has absolutely everything it could ever want for, while Israel is a kingdom of dust.

I agree with you. Currently it's a mutually beneficial agreement.

Or, to put it more simply, imagine all this political hoopla over New Jersey, but with sand. Because that’s how big Israel is. Barely bigger than the state of New Jersey.

I have a radical proposal. When someone gets nabbed for being illegally in the country a 2nd time dealing drugs, they shall be executed by a lethal dose of the drug(s) they were dealing. Only way to save your skin is to give up your own suppliers and bosses to execution.

Maybe that will make fentanyl dealing less popular.
imagine if it was weed, isn't the fatal amount like, 5 pounds or something iirc?

You do realize Swat Kats is just Judge Dredd for children?

Do Dredd Posting instead. The Federal Judge is a flunky of Mama, a representative of the all consuming chaos of tyrannical femininity, and Dredd is Trump, imposing masculine order.

but does Judge Dredd have Jim Cummings sounding like Pooh is having a stroke?

Nah, but since we are in the subject I really love the Judge Dredd movie because there is just so much going on it. Critics hated it because it was seen as a brash and unapologetically masculine movie where the main protagonist just dunks on the ladies. But the foil of Cadet Anderson made for an interesting situation where even though Dredd is essentially fighting a feminism run amuck at the hands of a former prostitute, Anderson is still there to mitigate the Masculine's own worst impulses. Which he takes under advisement but still doesn't deter from him doing what has to be done to restore peace and security to the community.

Its a good movie. If you are reading this and haven't watched it, wtf is wrong with you.

Its a red herring argument regardless. Fact is they did their part and should be rightfully commended for the effort.
I actually didn't get to see the original page that was removed. If their service (and the page's removal) was being weaponized in the name of DEI then I'm fine with it, but from what I'd seen it was a page about one of the members who went on to play baseball, and not about the code talkers themselves. If that were the case then fine, but I feel like the unit themselves ought to be honored in whole somewhere.

I've watched that movie a dozen times and "defense noted" remains one of the coolest one-liners. What an amazing movie. I can't imagine how terrible it would have been if it had come out later than it did.

"I learned with concern that a French researcher" on assignment for the French National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS) "who was traveling to a conference near Houston was denied entry to the United States before being expelled ," said the Minister of Higher Education and Research, Philippe Baptiste, in a statement sent to Agence France-Presse (AFP). "This measure was apparently taken by the American authorities because the researcher's phone contained exchanges with colleagues and friends in which he expressed a personal opinion on the Trump administration's research policy ," he added.

According to a diplomatic source to AFP, the incident occurred on March 9. The space researcher was reportedly subjected to a random check upon arrival, during which his work computer and personal phone were searched. The same source also reported that messages discussing the Trump administration's treatment of scientists were found. He was reportedly accused of messages "that reflect hatred toward Trump and can be described as terrorism ." His professional and personal equipment was reportedly confiscated, and the researcher was sent back to Europe the next day.

Reminder of freedom of opinion
According to another source briefed on the case to AFP, the French researcher was accused by the American authorities of "hateful and conspiratorial messages." He was reportedly informed of an FBI investigation, for which "charges were dropped ," the source continued.
