It's not that he doesn't understand the law, it's that nobody seems capable of grasping the simple point he's making.

Having a law against [thing] and a law against [thing] plus [feelings] is bullshit. Killing a person is killing a person regardless of the color of their skin, and applying additional draconic punishments for the same action because there's some magical intent behind it is easily abused. Due to political reasons, the punishment for a white man killing a black man can be way more severe than a black man killing a white man. Due to politics, firebombing car dealership A is a much worse crime than doing the same amount of damage to dealership B. Is this equal treatment under the law? There are existing laws that can be applied equally that already lock people away in all of these scenarios. Implementing conditional bonuses might sound fun in the moment, but it always just ends up making things shittier for normal people in the long run.

By the way that's just my devil's advocate defense of the point. Personally, I'm so sick of these fuckers, I think that the people should hand Trump a gold plated handgun, round them up with no trial (and a quarter of the judiciary too for good measure) place them on Fifth Avenue, and let him realize one of his classic comments - a DOGE approved cheap for the tax payer resolution to a lot of problems
There is a big difference between not feeding your kid because you hate them and hope they die, and not feeding your kid because you are too poor or are retarded. Intent matters don’t pretend that it isn’t important not all crimes are the same and not all the reasons behind it are, Now I would agree that you can’t really trust the government to apply these modifiers properly 100% of the time and that a miscarriage of justice can happen but that’s an inherent risk to any system and any other system also has negative outcomes that can happen we don’t live in a world where everyone acts as perfect logical ethical beings. Terrorism is meant to punish people who would use violent or criminal means to punish society or punish a political actor. The intent is unique but broad enough to be a modifier that isn’t going to apply to every crime or almost no crimes. This makes it a worthwhile one to have on the books as it seeks to fulfill the need to discourage a specific type of crime. Can this be abused by a government, yes, but is it uniquely abusing innocent parties, no. In order to be punished for terrorism you have to be convicted of another crime, if you don’t commit a crime you can’t be a terrorist.

From what I've heard, they're coordinated attacks being committed explicitly to prevent political change and deter people from buying or owning products that were made by Musk, who is a political figure and works directly with the president in an official capacity.
These do not seem to be coordinated (as in organized) and seem to be random acts by borderline insane people. The rhetoric against Elon Musk and his actions and his companies have been at an all time high for ages.
I wrote these posts before the crazy shit started happening against Tesla dealerships:
I didn't mean rhetoric specifically about Luigi or even UHC. I meant rhetoric about everyone & everything. As an example: https://kiwifarms.st/threads/community-feature-submissions.114933/post-20605102
Anyone who has been on the internet for a long time and can read the room will have seen have seen that rhetoric has only ever become more and more heated. "in minecraft" became a thing for a while, then it was "fedposting" and now... now people are starting to be increasingly open with what they want to say, they don't even really "want to say" it anymore, they're just starting to say it all. There's rarely a few days that go by nowadays without yet another online eceleb is basically indirectly saying that "x person should be shot".

Compare that to the same thing said 10 years ago and it would've gotten huge amounts of press and apologies would've been rolled out. Now the world really is a very different place.
If you look at the amount of actual violent rhetoric towards Elon Musk specifically and how he effectively does nothing to try and decrease it (at least Jeff Bezos and Bill Gates and Zuckerberg gave tons of money to charity and other shit and for the most part keep a fairly lowish profile) I wouldn't be surprised if something bad happens to him. Literally every single social media platform I open has open calls for violence against him in one way or another at an unprecedented scale.

And it won't be an "American agency or asset" because at this point he has thousands or maybe even millions of people who are openly fedposting about his fate every single day. He's doing nothing to stem the tide either and keeps pushing buttons.

edit: to quantify this a bit, I think I have seen actual dictators and warlords in actual shithole warzones have less open fedposting about them compared to Elon Musk.
When the rhetoric towards some particular person/company (or even government policies) reaches an all time high, it basically ends up being an inflection point where random people start doing crazy ass shit. I know they're not random and probably have similar political beliefs or whatever the fuck, but that still does not make them organized. They aren't organized unless there is some common group or at least vaguely organized group that is orchestrating them.

Elon Musk of course claims they are organized and coordinated but he doesn't know shit, he frequently blasts out tweets without even doing a 20 second google search.
Prosecutors in Colorado charged a woman last month in connection with attacks on Tesla dealerships, including Molotov cocktails thrown at vehicles and the words “Nazi cars” spray-painted on a building.

And federal agents in South Carolina last week arrested a man they say set fire to Tesla charging stations near Charleston. An agent from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives wrote in an affidavit that authorities found writings critical of the government and DOGE in his bedroom and wallet.

“The statement made mention of sending a message based on these beliefs,” the agent wrote.

Some of the most prominent incidents have been reported in left-leaning cities in the Pacific Northwest, like Portland, Oregon, and Seattle, where anti-Trump and anti-Musk sentiment runs high.

An Oregon man faces charges after allegedly throwing several Molotov cocktails at a Tesla store in Salem, then returning another day and shooting out windows. In the Portland suburb of Tigard, more than a dozen bullets were fired at a Tesla showroom last week, damaging vehicles and windows, the second time in a week that the store was targeted.

Four Cybertrucks were set on fire in a Tesla lot in Seattle earlier this month. On Friday, witnesses reported a man poured gasoline on an unoccupied Tesla Model S and started a fire on a Seattle street.

In Las Vegas, several Tesla vehicles were set ablaze early Tuesday outside a Tesla service center where the word “resist” was also painted in red across the building’s front doors. Authorities said at least one person threw Molotov cocktails — crude bombs filled with gasoline or another flammable liquid — and fired several rounds from a weapon into the vehicles.
Tesla didn’t respond to a request for comment. Musk briefly addressed the vandalism Monday during an appearance on Sen. Ted Cruz’s podcast, saying “at least some of it is organized and paid for” by “left-wing organizations in America, funded by left-wing billionaires, essentially.”

“This level of violence is insane and deeply wrong,” Musk wrote Tuesday on X, sharing a video of burning Teslas in Las Vegas. “Tesla just makes electric cars and has done nothing to deserve these evil attacks.”
Attorney General Pam Bondi said she’d opened an investigation “to see how is this being funded, who is behind this.”

“If you’re going to touch a Tesla, go to a dealership, do anything, you better watch out because we’re coming after you,” Bondi said Friday on Fox Business Network. In a statement Tuesday, she vowed to “continue investigations that impose severe consequences,” including for “those operating behind the scenes to coordinate and fund these crimes.”

These do not sound coordinated, they more sound like people took inspiration from the first notable attack and decided they were going to repeat the same thing. Sort of like a domino effect caused by a "Luigi-like" action. Elon Musk and Pam Bondi are claiming these must be "funded" attacks - because apparently you need funding from billionaire faggots to afford a few molotov cocktails.....................

Despite that he lived through it, crossed party lines, and ascended into one of the highest stations in the nation while you're here on your fat ass having nothing to show for your life but posting here. Would you like a medal?
Listen dude, sorry that I insulted your daddy, but you gotta learn not to take things too personally.

>lived through it
Lived through what? AFAIK, He hasn't contracted Measles, it's is currently in an outbreak, mostly due to anti-vax retards. All his accomplishments belong to his last name. Even if he were a self-made man, every decision he has taken seems outright retarded to me. I'll give him praise for his artificial food dye crackdown, but that's it. Broken clock, etc. etc.

Yeah I just disagree. If you murder, you should get the chair, or needle, or chamber, or whatever execution method you'd prefer. There is no reason to differentiate between murdering someone or murdering someone because you hate whatever group they're a part of.
Should an unprovoked assault have harsher sentencing if the perpetrator openly admits they did it because they hate people with downs syndrome and the victim has downs syndrome?

God damnit, these half assed attempts at doomposting and demoralization are making me miss Fatpacks. At least he had some charm and character.
someone needs to give him true and honest tag and burger suit tag lol
And he's done so fucking much since and even before that.
He has caused so many lulz and tears and comedic moment from the dems that my god and religion approves of it. God bless him whichever god is protecting his vengeful ass .

Absolutely not. What kind of question is that?
Are you aware that the victim of an assault being handicapped is an aggravating factor and increases sentencing? Assaulting children or the elderly are also aggravating factors.

The rationale is the type of person who victimizes vulnerable targets is more dangerous to allow in society.

Generally everyone who isn't a psychopath or retarded understands this intuitively.

Yeah as an American I think we should just lock up or, better yet, shoot people that would randomly walk up to and start beating someone, regardless of disability. Same as I think we should lock people up for setting car dealerships on fire, regardless if they're Tesla or not.

I contest this! New Jersey fucking sucks ass when you're driving along the parts that are closest to New York City (i.e. Newark, Hoboken, Jersey City, Elizabeth, Paterson, etc). The further away you are from New York City, the more New Jersey honestly deserves its title as the Garden State.

had the privilege a few years ago of driving through Northern New Jersey when visiting a friend pre-COVID. The transition once you leave the NYC metro area into genuine cliffsides lined with forests along the I-80 is absolutely breathtaking.
An alternative perspective: New Jersey (80 / km^2) comes in second and ranks just behind Maryland (88 / km^2) and nearly double third-placed Delaware (43 / km^2) in terms of niggers per unit of land area.

On the basis of these numbers alone I would be reluctant to go there for any reason.

Locked up for how long? Forever? All unprovoked assaults are a life sentence?

Words cannot adequately express how utterly tired I am of this useless attention-whoring nigger. He is literally a dancing monkey with a billion dollars and a room-temperature IQ, flinging shit from his gilded cage to see who he can upset. Why anyone pays attention to his dipshittery is beyond me. He's about as "funny" as that Johnny Somali moron currently getting run up a flagpole in South Korea for deliberately offending them as much as possible.
I hate Kanye and would buy popcorn if he was being publicly executed by wood chipper, but he's also making the worst people seethe and squirm, which I graciously allow myself to laugh at.

I've tried raising this same point to other people. Trump does give way to much love and money to Israel still but I see it through his eyes as a business man. We've spent literally Trillions of dollars since the inception of Israel as a country and have built Infrastructure around it including An Iron Dome. Israel is an Investment for the United states (arguably a losing one) And it would make absolutely no sense to flush trillions of dollars of investment down the drain and just let it go. For better or worse the US needs to hold unto what little land they have in the middle east.
There is making an investment, and then there is having an obsession. Trump loves jews, he married off his daughter to one and will never disobey a direct order from his jewish handlers. He's the bestest goy they ever had, they even named an apartment complex or whatever after him in Israel.
Trump's second term is much better than his first and we've only gotten started, but this kind of cope is just sad.

Isn't there a site that tracks Teslas around the country now? And all this happens shortly after all the useless feds that wanted to sabotage Trump got fired and their funding cut, too. I dunno, too much of a coincidence. If this was just a few disorganized retards, it would look more like those temper tantrum protests shortly after the election.

We're really going to get into the weeds on this? This is a stupid fucking question. This entire line of questioning is stupid. Crimes should be treated the same regardless of whether or not the person is black or brown or gay, full stop. Destruction of property or arson should be treated the same regardless if it's Tesla, Ford, or Honda.

Making setting a Tesla on fire because you're an asshole a fundamentally different crime than setting a Tesla on fire because FUCK MUSK is nothing short of criminalizing thoughts. It's insane.

You didn't answer the question because you know the answer leads to you looking like the moron that you are.
