Another thing I noticed: The day after DSP got snaked by Steve, he was still talking to PPP about "how to spin it" at 11:33 his time right before this Feb 14th stream. When did he appear on stream? 11:35, and he talks about technical issues and tries fixing stuff. Basically confirms he doesn't do shit until he is on camera and just gets off on wasting his viewers time.

It was to look good in front of Kat and them exposing he's gay. Kat yelled at him for a whole day after the Truthseekers interview, it must have been really bad with KC and PPP making fun of her. He was desperate to do damage control for them saying he's gay.
It started out as a little pet project to bring Phil on and glaze him, but I think PPP and Andy genuinely liked Phil, they were making money and they truly wanted him to succeed. Somewhere in the last few weeks they realized that Phil is a lost cause; he is impossible to work with and the pity party shit started to get really annoying. We've all met someone in our lives who at every turn has some sob story and even the most empathetic person have their limits when dealing with someone like that. It all starts to blend together. Phil is just so addicted to pity and validation. With PPP being more involved Phil felt like he could use him as his own personal therapist.
PPP gave him so many chances to move past it but Phil being Phil he never can. Maybe there's a timeline out there where Phil takes PPP up on his Florida offer, and brings his wife and has a ton of fun and new content to share. But in this timeline, all Phil has time for is his wife, his cat-son, and his dents 6 days a week.
