Ghostarchive isn't taking anything. Are there any other leaks like this? If it's fake, what could it be compared to? The activity could be verified with the "action map" on April 18, 2015, but where would it be?

This article just says that tesla collects videos captured by "sentry mode"
reading further you realize it's just owners reporting using those videos as proof, because while you can save the footage on a pc, you can also use some tesla software to send it to the police and they help with that
the "leaked" videos end up just being people knowing/finding the case number and getting the videos through it.
unless i'm mistaken, all of that is just public evidence and thus it's normal for the public to have access to it unless it's deemed confidential

Here's a feel good court case

You know that bitch of a judge, the one that denied Trump his attorney client privileges for his insurrection trial and help to railroad most of the Jan 6th cases? Well the case of DODGE vs USIP (United States Institute of Peace) of course landed on her docket.

But the case is so clear cut even she cannot award them what they want.

No matter how much USIP proclaims it is a "independent non-government organization (a NGO) and thus DODGE has no power over it" it was created by Congress, funded by Congress and it's board is appointed by Congress. Not that it stopped this cunt of a judge from writing snarky comments in her judgment about how evil Trump is for shutting down USIP, which did nothing but provide Dem supporters and former Senate aids a nice cushy job at high salaries, and how the good people of USIPs deserved more respect for thier decades of public service. LOL...what cunt this judge is.

Watch the video it's hilarious how DODGE came and in booted everyone out and then after the boss got his termination letter he tried to lockdown the building and called the popo on the DODGE guys and tried to baracide himself into his office. I guess the thought of losing his high paying do nothing job with all it's awesome perk was too much for his brain.

Nice to see this old hag of a progressive forced to issue a judgement against her allies. And you know it hurt her, hurt her real bad that she couldn't find any excuse to issue that beloved tool of the Left, a TRO in their favor.

Good stuff, it's nice to see a win every now and then in the middle of all this lawfare.

it takes time for shit to get sorted through the court system. The replies were due yesterday so we probably won't see the docs they filed until tomorrow or if we're lucky late today.

I'm pretty sure the appeal asked for would be granted if not to just give the DoJ more time to respond so we may not see the result until next week.

Wait, it's legal to kill arsonists where you live? What state is that? Where I live, even though the statute says lethal force is justified when you have a reasonable belief you're about to be killed or maimed, I don't think I've heard of a single case where that defense was successfully raised. Every case I've heard of in my state, the prosecution has always convinced the jury that because the defendant used a gun to kill his assailant, the defendant is in fact the greater monster.
