When you see something like that happen at a young age, why would you ever want to date or have kids?
There's also the fact that western men have been frustrated at their efforts to find a suitable mate. Mostly because in places like Europe, women prefer foreign men to their own. I remember when I visited Europe, some bloke I was friends with in Italy only managed to get a wife because some traveling Filipino chick managed to catch his fancy and they married. The same thing happened to his uncle. The native women they knew were all dating black dudes.
You have the shit here in America where even if you do get married, if you get divorced, your woman takes half of what you own. Say you worked your ass off and you bought a yacht, but your bitch of a wife found some other hunk and divorced your ass. Not only can she take the kids, but she can also take your yacht that you busted your ass buying, and she goes joyriding on it with her new boyfriend. Yet people like JD Vance think simple marriage and popping out kids will work, even though the moral quality of couples here in the States has been on a downward spiral.
Or, you get the shit in China where older, leftover women want dudes with 6 figure salaries and are super-smart, but they're stuck with regular farm dudes that they absolutely refuse to marry, even though they at most look decent and have little to offer other than being career women, and the farm dudes are at least strong and responsible enough to be husbands. These overpriced girls didn't get the memo where the dudes who actually do make 6 figures don't like a chatty woman who thinks she's hot shit, they're going to get trophy wives from the hillbilly countryside who look nice and won't talk back.
Relationships everywhere are going sour. Hell, just look at South Korea. The men have gone full traditional, the women have gone full feminist. Hence why the women there have gone full 4B and refused to sleep with men.
Politically, there's not much that can be done here. Trump can huff and puff and tell women to be responsible, but that won't change shit. Especially since even Evangelical circles expect the men to be breadwinners and to bear the brunt of the work in silence, while they still allow for divorce that ends with the men being the losers of the arrangement. At that point, the men quitting would just be the next logical step.
