Who leaves the home IN pajamas?! Unless you're seriously sick, that's such a weird thing to do and admit to publicly
College students, and severely depressed adults. I guess you can also add, "Deathfats for whom getting dressed is too much effort" to the list.
I think the reason fatty here is not pursuing weight loss is she knows deep down that the only reason she's "relevant" is because companies use her to pander to woke feminists screaming 'all bodies are beautiful'.
It's not that complicated; really, it's not.
She doesn't want to give up being able to eat whatever she wants, whenever she wants it, and in whatever quantities she wants.
All of her old weight-loss blogging, from the very start, focused on weight loss through exercise; she did tons and tons of cardio to get down to her lowest weight of 217 lbs [correction: 317 lbs]. Maybe she did pay attention to her diet more back then, but at some point she stopped, and has been gaining ever since, no matter how much exercise she's claimed to do.
If she focused on weight loss, she'd have to moderate her food intake, and in doing so she'd have to admit that it's her, and her decisions about what to eat and how much, that have brought her to this point. She'd have to admit that her obesity is entirely her fault. And she doesn't want to do that. She's now got made-up bullshit unstudied rare genes she's blaming, on top of all her "unburnable" lipidema fat, because she's incapable of facing the fact that she fucked herself up.
This is the patient I heard my classmates discuss having in med school that was too fat to fit in the MRI, so they had to send her to the fucking zoo to get one done.
This does not happen; your classmates were making shit up.
All of the largest-bore MRIs are already in human healthcare, because
that's where all the money is. Zoos don't even have MRIs, due to the high cost and the lack of need for them; they use X-rays and ultrasound for imaging.
Any technology used in veterinary medicine trickles down from human med; if it's not available to humans already, it's not available. There is no hippo-sized, huge-bore MRI at the zoo.
