Does a TV dinner literally cost 10 dollars these days?

Depends. In my area, Banquet which is pretty bottom of the barrel as far as tv dinners go is priced around $2. Hungry Man is about $5 to $6.50. Haven’t bought a tv dinner in ages though. Closest I’ve done in a pinch is get one of those Marie Callender’s pot pies for about $4.50, and like @Quijibo69 said, they’re pretty gross these days too.

These fucking things. These were some of the BEST veggie crackers I have ever eaten in my life. No, I did not give a shit that they were for toddlers, I ate them with gusto all the way up until high school and then they seemingly disappeared, leaving a veggie cracker shaped hole in my heart. The only thing that has come close to them in taste has been the vegetable crackers from MREs.

Costco chicken/bacon sandwich

Bits of bacon with the savory bite of the spread, the cold turkey meat and the salty cheese(I think it’s cheddar)

Ritz Cheese Crispers. It pains me that these things are gone. I will never understand. They were amazing. They were popular (often sold out when I tried to get them), and they were addictive. Why would you make cheese crack, gain an audience of addicts, then pull it? What were you thinking, Ritz?

These things helped me through the bullshit pandemic. I remember when I had covid I thought, "finally, I'll stop eating that cheese crack," since I couldn't taste it. But I ate them anyway and got pleasure from the texture.

I always think about attempting to dupe them- I'd think you could just make homemade crackers with cheese all over them.

Yeah, fuckers got rid of Lean Pockets and reduced the variety a lot.
I got one of the Hot Ones branded ones last week (it was an emergency), garlic something or other, and it was pretty good as far as these things go. It was a product of pure science and violence towards my health, though

I'm gonna be pretty upset when they actually get rid of the sour patch ghost flavors, hopefully they replace it like c4 did with their skittles flavor.

Found a bottle of Aunt Jemima in the pantry this morning while making pancakes.

My grandfather used to shop for his church breakfast and would always overbuy and give away the extras as gifts.

He passed a few years back so this is probably from his old stock.

Not just Aunt Jemima. Go back to when they had cheap, real maple syrup.

The lemon ones were the best,, but I can't tell if that's an Altoids knock off or just going as a different brand.
It's absolutely a knockoff and is exactly like the original. At least the tangerine which was always my favorite anyway.
