I think to many of them are faggots at the moment to do it.
I dunno about that. Trump has done remarkably well at keeping the GOP on the same page, which has been surprising. I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that he has the support of John Thune, who is very good at whipping the Senate GOP.

I think if the GOP can secure 60 seats in the midterms (which won't be easy, but is possible, depending on the Democrats) a large portion of his legislative agenda can be passed.

At this rate we may hit 48,000 pages of content by the time he steps down, good job you magnificient bastards.

Has anyone else been following the ongoing Harry Sisson drama on X? Apparently the dem organizer he is working for is even sleazier than he is and actively victimized children or some shit, and Harry bragged about voting for Kamala even though he's not a US citizen.

I wish that Mel Brooks was more popular these days. That was honest-to-God good American comedy. Mongo punching the horse in Blazing Saddles is one of the funniest scenes in any movie ever. It's really a sign of the times that all we get for comedy is Bill Burr wiping his tears with his money about how awful rich people are, Shane Gillis glorifying alcoholism, and Sam Hyde pretending-not-pretending to be racist. Joe Rogan fucking a stool is more amusing.

Alright my negroes, I need a sanity check.

There are multiple videos by leftoid creators and media outlets about people regretting their vote for trump, yet their reason is the most retarded shit possible like "I didnt know he was gonna do X or Y thing!!" Like tarrifs, DOGE/ cuts to government or whatever topic that was front and center on his campaign? This shit fucking glows or are people so fucking retarded they didnt know what the fucking election is?
Almost assuredly there are people that regret voting for Trump, I mean, tens of millions voted for him.

That being said, the polling average shows Trump pretty well above water with his favorability rating between 5-8 points above his unfavorability. Now, most Americans don't like his on-again off-again tariff shit, but that doesn't appear to be sapping his overall support.

Overall, the information we have shows that the majority of Americans support Trump's overall agenda and trust him to get the job done, but disagree with his economic policy. That being said, I don't think it's necessarily the economic policy they disagree with, just the uncertainty.

In order to survive as a party dems have to moderate themselves and cut out the progressive rot, but if they want to actually appeal to their voters they have to get even crazier.
Quite the catch 22. If I was on charge of the dems I would go all in on the progressives. They are dying anyway, might as well go out in a blaze of glory burning all their political capital. Double down on judges obstructing, new impeachment attempt every week, just openly advocate for assassination and political violence. They cry fascism everyday, they should fight like Hitler himself came out of hiding and is sitting at the resolute desk.

They can't go back to being moderates, especially if Trump actually fixes some deep issues in the US.

one of these days I need to watch that cg Blazing Saddles remake just to see how awful it is

are 30% of woman dykes or are 30% the side hoe and they don't know it? lol
Sorry if someone answered already but a lot of younger women are dating older guys. I know like one guy under 30 with a relationship (he's married) and then several early 20s girls dating 30+ year old guys. I don't know what the cutoff for 'young' in that was but I presume it's like 24

The line "Don't be a stupid, be a smarty. Come and join the Nazi party." intudes in my thoughts at least twice a year.
That whole song intrudes my thoughts daily. It's so good.

I was born is Dusseldorf and that is why they call me Rolf.

The fucking backup dancers with pretzel and beer stein hats were incredible. Will Ferrel as the hiding Nazi could not be done today and Uma Thurman's performance was fantastic. I could sperg about that film for days, but this isn't the thread. It suffices to say that, culturally, I wish we could go back to playfully mocking stereotypes. Now you fart the wrong way and people accuse you of bigotry.

Edit: I invite any zoomers to share other things I have maybe missed.
more and more i believe that many of our problems stem from the proliferation of social media and cell phones etc. I'm a early zoomer but i grew up in a part of the country that is perennially 20-30years behind the rest of the country. We still had a lot of the relationship problems by the time i was born (high divorce rates, single motherhood) but the blow was softened i feel by the relative inaccessibility of high speed internet, reliable phone service and the still existing generational land holdings here. many of us grew up in single mother homes BUT almost always had our grandparents next door or even in the same house to help raise us. that and connection to the land (my family has lived here since the late 17th century) has prevented us from becoming completely atomized.

so many zoomers of my cohort (born 1998-2001) seem to be fairly normal (save for the methheads). we work normal rural jobs (mechanic, resource extraction, farming, grocery stores etc.) and nearly all stand to inherit a house. permanant relasonships are uncommon but so is marriage, so getting screwed by the courts is fairly rare among us.

But the later zoomers, especially those who were in school during the pandemic are not equibed for life at all. I've tried to train two this year to operate a cash register at my store. They can't count. they do fine on stocking, on cleaning but they just cannot into cash money. they are good kids but basic math is beyond them.

this is kinda a ramble sorry.

Apparently, a fatwa has been issued to MAGA shill accounts on behalf of BIG SODA to post in favor of keeping soda in food stamps—for seemingly no reason. Some pretty big accounts are involved (and also Ian Miles Cheong, too), and allegedly, they're paying up to $1,000 per shill

Yeah it's gay as hell per all musical theater and kinda weird, but it's not casual bullshit like a review like Jerome Robbins' Broadway, it's not niche like Sweeny Todd (violence) or Starlight Express (foamers)
Basically it's Cats, Les Mis, or Phantom
Rent is legally EVERYONE HAS AIDS
I'd be down with seeing Little Shop of Horror but that's because I like the film version

Given how much of a diet coke fiend he is, I'm a little suprised Trump doesn't consider soda a staple drink. I wonder if Bobby spearheaded this EO.

Forcing nogs and welfare user to eat ""healthy"" would be great for the country. No more soda, desserts or cakes.
Fuck big soda and their sugarlickers
