Given how Thor loves to wax poetic about his more legitimate rescue sources (such as the five that were found as abandoned pets by the Humane Society), I suspect many of the ones he doesn't talk about were "surrendered" by pet stores.

There aren't. He buys them from local pet stores to "rescue" them, which causes the pet stores to get more inventory, so he can "rescue" more. He claims he rescues them from the pet stores before the store puts them down due to being inventory past their sell date. The reality is he's just perpetuating the pet stores getting and stocking more inventory. He just wants to hoard ferrets because he's a disgusting furry.

I didn't think this is his kinda game...he did talk about the yasuke controversy, dismissing people's problem with yasuke because he looked up encyclopedia britannica and relying on it for confirmation of yasuke's existence as a samurai. Ah. Usually he says he always adds ad/sponsored stream somewhere in the stream page (title/description) whenever people ask and this time I'm not really seeing it on the stream page.

He also never indicated that he's gonna play this game or even showed even the slightest bit of interest in the actual game whenever the yasuke thing gets brought up though, which is why I thought him playing it now is strange. iirc whenever a game gets mentioned or brought up and he checks it out, he always says he's interested in it and will check it out (even if he doesn't end up doing it)
