Yaniv filed a complaint with TSBC about my solar system. It's been 3 years waiting for BCHydro to quote the pole installation at the top of my lot, they gave me one for the bottom but the logistics were not feasible as during excavating we encountered bedrock that would have required blasting. Plus our well and pump are up top. They have been incompetent so rather than wait for a pole quote that never came we got fed up and built our own solar system in a container.

We did pay an electrician to look everything over to make certain we were not doing anything unsafe or stupid. Of course the "anonymous" complainer jessica simpson decided to provide old photos of when it was being built. What a joke. And then the TSBC lazy as they are rather than come out and inspect decided to sign off on an inspection containing fraudulant information.

I just called them and asked for their legal department contact information because I intend to sue them. They claimed I used non-metallic outlet boxes on ac90 which is hilarious since we have the receipts from home depot for the metallic ones, and we have months of photographs of them in our container. I find it sketchy that they seem to think they regulate containers but whatever, they can get sued now for being an extension of yaniv's harassment campaign and i can't wait for discovery. The employee kept suggesting that they wanted me to file a review, which i will do 1 day before the due date. The "inspection" wasnt actually an inspection and the proof is in the receipts and photos. There literally never was "non metallic anything connected to any ac90 branch circuit ever and they cannot produce any proof there ever was.

Of course, under that false tidbit that means the "branch circuits" are non compliant, because they require metallic outlets/recepticals. I just took soke fresh photographs as well just in case. The branch circuits are actually in compliance as they have metallic outlets/receptacles,

Then there's the "feeders" where we ran acwu rated for double the max output of our inverters for the purposes of future expansion. There are two wires reserved for future use that were sticking out that were never connected to anything, that was before we finished what we were doing and closed up the box with the panel cover. Had any actual inspection took place they would have noticed this in the junction boxes for the feeders that tie them into the inverter output.

Then there's the non-compliant panel box -- because the photo yaniv submitted shows dead feeder wires (the live ones were connected, the dead ones for future use were just like that to keep them out of the way while work was being done) and no panel cover. It's actually compliant, lazy inspector that did not actually inspect just checking off boxes based on an old photo and absolutely no context.

While I am not happy about this I am actually going to file a civil litigation on tsbc simultaneously when i file the review they claim I have 30 days to file. It's time to start lashing back at the authorities that are willing participants in yaniv's harassment.

And just for the record, zero percent chance i can be yaniv because yaniv knows fuck all about electrical. The tsbc seems all concerned about my 'safety' (i'm sure it has nothing to do with that actually), do you think i feel one ounce safer with their unsolicited harassment and fraudulant inspection that they signed off on and sent us?

Anyways if yaniv is reading this thanks for provisioning us with a way to sue this stupid government body as i believe there are provision in legislation that cover fraudulant and inaccurate (lazy and sloppy) inspections.

@dfslegal here’s a question. “Someone” has made a safety complaint, wouldn’t the simplest thing be to get a compliance inspection and certification done and send that off to the authority? That shifts the onus to the licensed inspector/ contractor/electrician who is paid to inspect photovoltaic units and ensure compliance and safety. Am I missing something?

edit: I also acknowledge that “the simplest thing” as a choice is not for everyone. And if those people didn’t exist then KF would not be the rich tapestry that it is today.

That would be simpler if anybody could get a contractor to do anything within a 2 week timeframe.

On the one hand, someone taking it to Yaniv is nice, on the other hand I really don't care to read their gay little oversharing blog.
Lol file closed with the tsbc. I had a lovely conversation with them yesterday and it only took about 30 minutes. Another fail on yaniv's part, lol. Lots of pizzas, of course yaniv decided to start his pizza deliveries a whole of 5 minutes after announcing them on twitter.

Donald's blog is a bit problematic, but it was worse when he was not using chatgpt.

@dfslegal I have to admit to feeling nervous about how transparent you are about your plans WRT Yaniv here. Wouldn’t it be wise to play your cards a tad closer to your chest? You’re giving me shpilkes.
I'm holding a few key cards back.

That one image doesn't make any sense. No business would allow an order like that as COD. Every business usually has a fairly low limit for COD as a result of pranks

#4 JY is barely aware of the farms in the first place and is having enough trouble irl right now
While I get your point, let's not forget JYS actually signed up for an account here and briefly made posts that seemed to be some weird fusion of "fight me IRL" and a mental breakdown-induced spergout.

That said, I agree JYS is currently spread thin with all the lawfare and personal matters they're currently dealing with that the 'Farms is most likely not even a blip on their radar right now.

I'd want to see the receipts, literally. Lets see the stacks of pizza boxes, the delivery slips and all the rest, Mister Man. If he doesn't have any of that, I'm calling bullshit. Just another lame attempt to jinn up sympathy and play the victim.

Even then, I'd be suspect without a sworn statement from the take-out place. Yaniv likely has pizza boxes all over his pigsty that he could just pile up, and he knows just barely enough about IT to be able to fake receipts.

The pizza joint would have called to confirm the order. Unlikely it would be sent out at all.
Not necessarily. Anyone who’s been following the Pat Tomlinson saga or Angelo Gage mess knows that the major chains show up with COD orders all the time. Tomlinson and his wife have been threatening their local franchises for years and their address still hasn’t been blacklisted for deliveries. They’ve tried escalating to corporate to no avail.

If he had posted a paper receipt I'd believe it.

Most of the time when I've ordered cod in BC even if I'm at a hotel they call ahead. Chains doubly so. Plus it's just a weird order and a huge amount. If it was $20-25 maybe but it's just too weird of an order to not check on, especially given the email.

Now, did someone maybe try to order it? I want to say no because Jon always lies but it's not impossible.

If @dfslegal is telling the truth it wouldn't be unlike Jon to say he's being harassed while harassing someone that way. Then he can tell the police or any critics "See it's happening to me too! It's all just wacky internet fueds!".
