While Yaniv lies about everything all the time, Miriam and Ilana did seem to actually be in a special medical program for mitochondrial disease. Personally I feel posting the stuff isn't always in Donald's best interest. He is extremely ill and fights against the system that tries to help him, and as has been pointed out the system isn't exactly sympathetic towards Donald even when it is clear Yaniv is out and out fucking with the poor creature. Telling your enemy where you are what what you're planning isn't going to benefit Donald, and believe me when I say that I am sympathetic towards someone who is so ill that he can't tell what is and is not a really bad decision. I'd say just quietly put Donald somewhere safe where he can't access his triggers and outlets, punishing Yaniv is a worthwhile goal but in the long run it won't make Donald whole, and Yaniv is going to get himself killed sooner rather than later.

My understanding is that any money over the outstanding amount has to be paid back to the previous owner, so provided it's not a ridiculous amount involved, the institution will just get the best price they can for it.

Given the occupant, it's likely to be in a semi slum condition, so it's unlikely to get the same valuation as a similar property that has been looked after.

Then his student loans come due, he won't pay them but unlike all his other debts he can't just bankrupt his way out of them and of course being the finical genius he is Jonny will have taken out the max amount possible both years so he's looking at 50-60K.
