Local police don't want anything to do with him. He has tried to sue them and their officers more than once and consistently failed.

The only public body where he can get any traction at all any longer is the BC Human Rights Tribunal, which is so pozzed and woke just saying their name will likely cause you to grow a neovagina, and even they are getting sick of his shit at this point.

Here is one of the orders, not sure if i posted it already but he doesnt seem to like pizza hut since that is the number for a pizza hut. I guess they don't fall for his bs enough so he solicits other pizza joints to pester them...

Yaniv was so butt hurt over $350, he filed applications after he was ordered to pay, and had paid. Seems like a waste of time for such a meagre amount.

Your update is yaniv is falling apart. He has once again blasted alicia with dozens of calls today. We had alicia put us on the phone during one of his calls and we laughed at how pathetic he was for about 30 minutes before he got tired of providing us all with amusement. Root for whomever you like, i do not care, i will be doing what I am doing anyways regardless of what other people think of me.

Donald has finally gotten legal aid, allain hepner. Not that it matters as both donald and myself gave statements to the rcmp with regards to yaniv besetting him on x spaces. I actually didnt know about x spaces until september when i first noticed yaniv's behaviour. Yaniv admitted to this as well according to the attached synopsis. Yaniv also did the same x spaces stalking to several other people who are all willing to be witnesses.

Donald was actually arrested twice for the same crime, once on saltspring and once in calgary. Their case is also based entirely on the fruits of yaniv's stalking. What a fun court battle this is going to turn into. Donald won't be pleading guilty or bargaining this time.

I do not think sam, the crown attorney in duncan wants to touch this. He had sent the file back to ssi rcmp with no actual charges for donald, but they also want him to appear on may 13th for what i would imagine is nothing. As for the crown in calgary we have yet to touch base but I am sure allain has that covered.

I am now Donald's representative in yaniv's frivolous crt filings. I have been in touch with them and am seeking to have the two filings enjoined as they are tantamountely the same filing. I have also asked them to apply their rules of conduct on the plaintiff as they violated them, and, i asked for their due consideration of yaniv's broader harassment campaign when considering the application of the rules of conduct as it demonstrates a consistent pattern of behaviour, specifically that of donald being used and abused as their narcissistic supply/food.

I had to look up what the hell gayops are. Interesting sentiment considering i labelled yaniv years ago as the "state actor". He is just way too slippery and gets away with way too many heinous things for me to believe that it is the tranny card making it so he gets away with it.

Donald has picked up and repeated the sentiment but there's a few of us that have had similar thoughts given the fact that he just gets away with way too much bullshit. He threatens to murder donald twice and nothing happens when it is reported to the cops and it is clearly his voice, but then, when donald does it immediately the crown comes along and approves charges on donald. Without any consideration towards the past incidences that made donald feel like fighting fire with fire is ok.

The fact that at least three times now the crown has considered charging donald with "hate crimes", the first incidence in ontario with his uttering charges that also included the politically biased ngo, antihate. And then recently on saltspring according to that synopsis, and yet again in calgary. Almost like they are trying to use donald to generate case law with which to fuck the rest of us over with. In my opinion, dangerous case law that will be used to violate our free speech charter rights (not that i like the charter with it's notwithstanding clause, i think that is duplicitous bs as well). A few of us have gathered that things can go as draconian as the uk with their speech crimes if none of us fight back, it's fully well worth the fight.

I know the feeling. Both constitution and ECHR have notwithstanding clauses over here. Am on the academic route of changing shit but it’s a long march.

If the tranny trump card is in play, DFS can negate it by declaring some sort of queer alphabet status. The cops and or the cabal of prosecutorial henchpersons won’t know what way to jump and may have to rely on facts.

This could cause some nasty backlash for Yaniv.
