Well, here's the other side of the coin that many don't seem to understand- I've been in this thread since it's inception and very few users have been virgins or girlfriendless. Most users have dated and have kept dating and are still actively dating. The idea that nobody here talks to women is pure BS and anyone who actively thinks that is absolutely fucking retarded.
I'm sadly a sex haver, women who say that men only want sex are usually hypocrites. They get more disgusted by men wanting a romance than men wanting sex when controled for attractiveness. Plus the 'evil' men who only want sex are usually just ugly men who have expressed some interest in them.
Valerie Solanas and that ditchpig harridan Andrea Dworkin, among many others are on the list of reasons I push back when I hear "old school feminism had good reasons to exist".

The men they want only want sex because that's all they're worth. If a guy thought they were worth anything other than being a literal blow-up sex doll, they wouldn't ghost you. They wouldn't block your number. They wouldn't refuse and stall bringing you around their friends and family. If you have to ask "what are we?", congratulations, you're the blow up sex doll. If you think otherwise, then enjoy being the sex doll. The sad part is, I haven't many women who actually figured this out. I've met even fewer with the self respect to leave when they see the writing on the wall.

Well, yeah, providing for a woman is just basic decency, and doesn't count for anything. Women do all the work, which is why single mothers have easier lives than married women, since they aren't taking care of a man. Really mystifying as to why anyone says single mothers deserve extra respect, since they're taking the easy road through life.

Yeah, second wave feminism has been completely sanitized in the history books. One of my favorite topics on second wave feminism is the lavender menace, which was a term given to TERFs and lesbians who assumed that once women were liberated, they’d all become muff divers. When they didn’t, a subset of lesbians and radfems demanded that forced lesbianism be part of the feminist plank.
