Artcow SamanthaPrater / EruzaArto / DefyingGravityAgain / Emily Nicole Cassidy / Willowtheway / Uniloax - Special Ed Art Thief and "Big Bonned" Attention Whore; Perpetual Liar; Cucumber Princess; Negligent Animal Abuser; Twice Investigated for Murder

People really should've asked me to film my editing process BEFORE accusing me out right of theft. including my art, etc. :| OBS STUDIO is free and so is streamlabs. Youtube accounts are free. no excuses for this drama.

also rather be fat and unattractive than attractive with a vendetta against fat people for being unattractive to you.

Emily doesn't understand how shadows work.

Also how many times has she come in here complaining that no one told her how to do something so she can get better?

Yet when someone does? I AM NOT TAKING YOUR ADVICE.

Go away, Emily. No one cares.
You're only saying no one cares because you actually DO care and you slandered my name with out doing the proper checks to begin with. you didn't ask me to film my process to begin with, let alone asked me for proof that I edit on my own. You got the right treatment back because of this and your time wasted.

proof I'M the real deal, who are you?

Since cat wants perfection in my edits, here's perfection minus a few mini mistakes.
I'm not judging you against perfection; I'm judging you against a minimum acceptable standard of "No glaringly obvious user-induced mistakes". I consider it rather unfair to compare you against something you show no signs of approaching.

All points previously addressed stand.
  1. Cloning - that is not how you do it. That background is a tapestry of errors and hideousness where I can see every brushstroke and the roofline is equally terrible.
  2. Color picker - make sure you're picking the right one, especially if you're going to apply filters later but not necessarily to the same layer you've scribbled on.
  3. Masking - see previous statements. Be certain you've hidden everything you don't want present otherwise when you clone like a moron you're going to be copying those bits and pieces you missed everywhere.
  4. Layers - you didn't crop to content.
  5. Redrawing - what the fuck happened to her mouth.
  6. Filter effects - don't overdo it; put on too strong of a filter to attempt to hide minor mistakes and you'll end up exaggerating them instead, leading to things like:
  7. Artifacting - I won't be too harsh on you for this one as I don't know whether your video was YouTube compressed to hell or you're really bad at picking input images, but the artifacting in this image is extreme.
TL;DR - This is probably the worst copy yet.

Her arm is the least of her worries.

Most previously made comments apply equally to this one, with the exception the one regarding gradients as there were none.

Edit #1 - I guess I should include the Tumblr post I got this image from.

Rather proud of this edit. it's damn near perfect. (*C) Disney I make no money , falls under fair use and role-play scenario's
.two versions because the darker makes more sense.

Movies used: Tarzan and Hercules " Megara."

NOT FOR KIDS, I AM AN ADULT EDITOR EDITING CARTOONS I GREW UP WITH. I AM NOT INTERESTED IN TALKING TO MINORS UNDER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN. I AM UNCOMFORTABLE WITH THIS NOTION AND REFUSE. IF YOUR A MINOR PASS ME BY, THANKS FOR THE SUPPORT BUT NO THANKS.
Both versions generally have the same user induced flaws.

NO ONE ACTUALLY CARES EMILY.

NO ONE WILL EVER CARE NO MATTER HOW MUCH PROOF YOU POST.

WE LIKE TO LAUGH AT YOU BECAUSE YOU SUCK.
She's been repeating this for 4 years. You yelling in red isn't gonna make her stop.

I couldn't find the face that Bridney used excatly so I did a more concerned look for Esme, and made it more shiny sort of like collecting a Pokemon card.

this is proof I am talented and can duplicate the same details or similar to Bridney1Widney .

I am not a thief, I just got mistaken for one.
Oh hey the lying thief is still pretending to be innocent lmao.

I actually don't know about this since I specialize in traditional and only doodle on my phone, what is artifacting?

So quick lesson on data storage formats for media (I know how this applies more to audio than images, but same general principles apply); they basically fall into two categories, lossy and lossless. In lossless formats we store ALL of the possible data, high precision so we exactly recreate the original thing 1 to 1 with the highest filesize since we have to store all of the data. In lossy formats, we go for good enough with less precision but generally a result that's identical to the human eye/ear with a lower filesize. A lot of the commonly used formats are lossy as computer scientists like to take shortcuts whenever possible (and filesize used to be a lot more important than it is today).

I shall use this image to demonstrate:

Now let's crank that JPEG quality down to 50%.
00000-2567137784 50.jpg
There's a few minor changes but unless you're overlaying or looking at them side by side you're probably not going to spot any differences. But if we go to 25%...
00000-2567137784 25.jpg
We've lost a lot of data and precision; those clean lines aren't quite so clean anymore and color transitions are nowhere near as sharp as they used to be. And if I were do to something like this:

Welcome back to the 1990s and a thousand color palete. Now, for the artifacting Emily has it's sometimes hard to tell where exactly the problem lies. In some images, it's from the source image because she's using poorly converted videos, low quality images and upscaling them. In others (like her streams) it could be the YouTube compression striking again or it could be that her bitrate isn't high enough to get a consistent accurate depiction of her screen in that moment in time so artifacting occurs. It could also be a filter she's applying that's exaggerating something that wasn't quite so visible until it was enhanced by the filter.

TL;DR - Digital can and potentially will take shortcuts unless you explicitly tell it not to.

You trolls are going to shit yourselves when you realize you messed with the wrong Artist.

sorry but I am an Artist and I do and can change style's at whim.

sorry not sorry but ya fucked with the wrong bitch.
That-
It's not-
*sigh*

Ok, lemme dumb it down. You don't even HAVE a style. I'm gonna spoiler it to hide all the images but let me give you an example of styalistic change.

High fantasy, but could get away with surreal or dreamscape.
Notice how literally none of them have the exact same style at all? Half have color, sure, and I'm pretty known for going eccentric with color, bordering on garish, but the other half can be dour or serious.

My home board on 4chan was /ic, you would always have people argue about their art being bad as it's just "muh style". It happens so often it became a meme on the board. Seeing the same behavior in Emily really makes me look back on those anons and wonder if they were also mentally damaged like Emily.

Yeaaaah a lot of cows do it, I can only hope I'm not mirroring her lmao.
