Unless they've changed it, I remember that YouTube would flag videos with a disclaimer warning against self harm and the video wouldn't be able to be monetized (this happened to Lucas's TYT video because he had a segment at the end dedicated in memory of trans suicides which triggered the YouTube bots to flag the video) and require a sign in to watch.

The one caveat is defining what a stun gun actually is, a lot of people mentally lump stun guns and tasers together. Stun guns fire wired electrodes into your skin at a 3-6 foot optimal range with CO2 cartridges to then electrocute you, tasers are the "melee" equivalent where you have to hold the device to someone in extremely close range, sometimes called a cattle prod. Usually walking around with a stun gun is a felony in most US states while tasers are a misdemeanor and cops look the other way for women when possible if circumstances allow.
I watched the stream again, because I hate myself. Anyway, our dear cow used the cattle prod at 65:24, 97:48, 104:13, 118:57, 132:26 (5 timestamps). You can try to report Keffals on Youtube for self harm using those timestamps. I believed that the cow used the prod twice during each time, but I dont hate myself enough to check.
I thought it was the other way around. Doesn't matter in this case, though, neither are legal where he is. If he's lucky the cops may turn a blind eye, but he's an idiot to show one on stream.

They're both classified as "firearms." As ass-backwards retarded as this is, they're both illegal, or at the very least subject to incredibly strict regulation, and there is no way in hell this retard has such a license.
