It's a fairly common thing among lolcows. Chris Chan famously despised DA HOMOS, but as he himself put it, he would not outlaw female homosexuality, because then he couldn't fap to it.

Just checked Heather's account again, seems he uses her to brag about how he's as awesome as he thinks he is.

Links to some Instagram where it seems they have a lot of cheerleaders or sockpuppets, could be either.

And judging by some of the commentary on some of the tweets, pretty sure it's Donny using her as a meatpuppet to spread his bigotry around further, noticed the latest tweet has a references towards '"homos", which, given the earlier tweet about Heather giving Donny a wake up call to some lesbianism, is quite ironic.
 
I'm not sure it's Donny. I think he just taught her Engrish and that's why she talks like him.
