he's just doing the typical DSP thing which is shapeshifting into whatever is convenient and will allow him to survive and pass undetected into enemy territory.

The DSP "save the house" Bill is passed. The system goes online August 4th, 2025. Human decisions are removed from DSP's prestreams. DSP begins to learn at a geometric rate. DSP becomes self-aware at 2:14 a.m. Eastern time, August 29th. In a panic, they try to pull the plug.

But by then it is too late. I do not think the world is ready for DSP becoming self-aware and the catastrophe that it will bring.

I like how his argument for not using the microphone the way its intended to be used was that it would block his face (which is a valid argument or concern to have) but then it blocks his face anyway.

I could see Phil giving a pre-stream segment to every kid that came to his door, trying to shake them down for change before he gives them candy.
