What "agreement"? Aaron already confirmed last week he does NOT have a plea agreement yet, which is easily confirmed by checking MCRO. He claims he has an offer he hasn't accepted yet and is trying to negotiate and that he has until the hearing in April to sort it out.

I have no information on the deal offered, but if I had to guess, I would guess that it includes continuing to not mention Kayla as a probation condition and he's going to try and fail to remove that over the coming weeks. I don't know what else would be in the deal that would be objectionable to him.
