It was reported earlier here I'm pretty sure but Canada is trying to persuade Americans to speak out against President Trump’s trade war by launching an ad campaign in 12 red-leaning states, pushing anti-tariff messages and reminding them that “nobody will win” with the approach coming from the White House.

Do we buy gasoline from Canada? Might have been better going to something Canada actually produces, like lumber or maple syrup, even if New England's is better.

We don't get name dropped all the time, but a lot of internet figures know about us, lurk here, or maybe even post. Trump bending the knee if SCOTUS rules against him all but hands the powers of the Executive over to the Judiciary in their entirety. Roberts is playing an extremely dangerous game here if he enforces this nonsense ruling. He can become the most powerful man in the Western Hemisphere if the executive capitulates, but choosing this case to try to flex your power risks the President having the easiest time to justify ignoring a SCOTUS ruling ever, and crippling your power for the foreseeable future.

I would bet that the case never reaches SCOTUS, POTUS simply ignores the ruling, and the status quo is maintained. The temptation to usurp the executive is immense, but the risk of the entire judiciary getting relegated to robed backbenchers should be far too great to force an incredibly unpopular ruling against the highest elected official.

We need to remember that we’re not anywhere close to settling this case yet. All these motions and appeals have solely been about the TRO. Boasberg hasn’t even heard let alone ruled on the actual case yet. The Court of Appeals only upheld the TRO, and if SCOTUS takes on appeal it will be about the TRO.

The judge has not actually issued a ruling for the case, so even if SCOTUS upholds the TRO, the question of the justiciability of Alien Enemies Act is still open.

On the flipside, if SCOTUS rules against the TRO, or limits the power of judges to right TROs, it will be a massive blow to the Democrat lawfare system.

Trump is still in a favorable position here, and that’s ignoring that at the end of all of this, the Judicial branch has no enforcement power against the Executive branch.

Meanwhile Canadians are paying closer to $6/gallon due to their insane taxes.

New U.S. Department of Homeland Security report finds that tens of housands of unaccompanied minors have gone completely unaccounted for during the Biden admin.

Between 2019-2023, over 31,000 unaccompanied minors were released to addresses that were blank, undeliverable, or missing apartment numbers.

Additionally, more than 43,000 of them failed to appear for scheduled court dates.

And even without the taxes, even though we produce so much oil, it all has to be sent to the US for refining, thanks to the Liberal party destroying our refining capacity with Japanese Inspection-level over-regulation of the oil and gas industry!

There is an oil well literally at the end of my street, but the oil would have to be shipped out of the country and back for it to get into my gas tank.

Trump lost his appeal in DC for the Judge Boasberg case vs Gangersters

Judge Boasberg issued a order that all deported people must be returned and each and everyone be given a separate chance to appeal their deportation as Trump doesn't have the power to just do mass deportations.

Of course the DC court of appeals found no grounds and that Boasberg is 100% in the right here (shock and surprise!!) so off it goes to the SCOTUS for a final ruling.,

Will Roberts and ACB cuck? Probably. I bet they will find and excuse to rule in the gangsters favor on some obscure legal grounds. Roberts would see America filled to the brim with criminals and drug dealers then have the power of the judiciary diminished in any way.

Imagine ruling that you have to re-import illegal aliens back into your country then give then room and board until you have processed them "properly" and gotten the courts permission to deport them again.

Fuck these Dem judges, fuck them with a rusty stick.

Told you the courts would completely nullify Trump's agenda.

A part of the report beginning at page 13 explains the factors why ICE cannot properly perform its role. Failings on federal agencies, staff constraints and legislation is brought up.

To get an idea of how bad the issue is, at one site visit it was discovered that Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) had 10 deportation officers managing 300,000 non-detained cases of February 2024. It was noted in a previous audit report that ICE officers had on average only 3 minutes to spend on each case per year.
